Monday: Burgers with onions and peppers and grilled zucchini Tuesday: Out with my mom who's picking DS for the rest of the week(!) Wednesday: Chicken Salads Thursday: Pork Chop Stuffing with mixed veggies Friday: Garlic Butter Trout with wild rice mix and broccoli
My OB encouraged me to continue with WW as long as I don't lose weight, I have a plethora of recipes at my disposal. *yay*
Breakfast: avocado sourdough toast and scrambled eggs (this is my current favorite food)
Dinner/Lunch: Lemon chicken and broccoli with rice Mediterranean roasted veggies with chicken Tostadas with fat free refried beans and ground beef turkey tacos with lime on white corn tortillas
Snacks: Strawberries, coolwhip and chocolate graham crackers, celery and "peanut butter" cream cheese, celery with avocado, "Chips" (thinly sliced potatoes, lightly seasoned, and microwaved until crispy)
@FyreFlyeRush avocado toast is my favorite. I suck at picking good avocados though. Also, whipped cream and chocolate graham crackers are so delicious!
