  • @jvk2012 I hear you! I only started 2 lbs heavier, but it’s like all the fat in my body migrated to my stomach. I’m so chubby/bloated that I look like I did at 19 weeks with DS 🤦🏼‍♀️

@daffodil_shoe seriously! I have video on my phone of DD kicking my stomach and it moving, and it looks the same size as my stomach does now.

  • EDD/W+D: 10 weeks today! EDD still Feb. 17

    Team finding out/pink/blue/green: Finding out

Baby is the size of a(n): Strawberry

    Upcoming appts: 8/7 @ 12wks

How are you feeling?: Slightly better. Less nausea but the throwing up has increased, oddly. I'll eat something then immediately need to throw it up. Not fun. Still exhausted all the time.

Rants/Raves: Went on a weekend trip to Jackson Hole with friends this past weekend. Trip was planned before I knew about the pregnancy. I had to miss out on river rafting and the endless drinks. Lol. However, we shared the news with all of them this weekend and everyone was so excited. I couldn't have kept it a secret with all the throwing up I was doing. 😂

Questions: None that I can think of!

GTKY: What is your biggest/worse phobia (hint: phobias are irrational fears)? I'm extremely claustrophobic!

    Deleting. Wrong group!
  • @malloryfrommn, I love a lot about being a mom. Watching them grow and change daily and seeing them become a real person is amazing. The snuggles are awesome! The unconditional love is amazing. I will also say being a mom is the absolute hardest thing I have ever done.

@malloryfrommn my favorite thing about being a mom is watching my girl learn new things and make new accomplishments! It’s so amazing. I look back at this video I have of DD grasping her first toy and I called my mom and I was like whaaaa and my mom like uh huh yea great. So I reign it in with anyone not DH but I can’t help but to be in awe of her.

    that and the snuggles.

Team finding out/pink/blue/green: finding out next week at our next appt!

Baby is the size of a(n): strawberry! Also yesterday it said a guitar pick then today it said a paper clip...which seems smaller than a guitar pick so I'm going with strawberry :)

Upcoming appts: Next monday 7/29!! For blood work and our 4th US and we'll test for the gender!

How are you feeling?: Honestly pretty good which I keep saying just makes me nervous but trying to enjoy it. Still tired, sore boobs, and lots of acne

Rants/Raves: Rave: My hubby has been so sweet and it's so cool to see him transforming during our journey too :). Rant: he's been out of town for a week and a half so I'm ready for him to come home!

Questions: Non FTMS, When did you all start showing for your first pregnancies?? I keep checking for a little bump :)

GTKY: What is your biggest/worse phobia (hint: phobias are irrational fears)?  also throwing up @ibabyloveb87 !! So I've been eternally grateful to not have much nausea so far.

@nhh11 throwing up is seriously terrifying. Haha I’ve been lucky too.

I started having a noticeable blump around 9 weeks with my first. I’m almost 10 weeks now and look more like 14 weeks with this one haha

Well I definitely have a food bump because the sweet tooth has kicked in lol. But it’s a little higher than where I anticipate the baby bump being...more of a “spare tire” theme LOL

I’m glad you’ve been lucky with throwing up! I figured this may be the time I had to confront and get over my fear!
  • EDD/W+D: 9 weeks 4 days

    Team finding out/pink/blue/green: finding out

Baby is the size of a(n):

Upcoming appts: next week for outside hb.

How are you feeling?: Pretty good except I'm starving and everything sounds/looks disgusting.

Rants/Raves: Told my boys yesterday, and our families. Everyone seems excited.

    Questions:

GTKY: What is your biggest/worse phobia (hint: phobias are irrational fears)? Being trapped.

@malloryfrommn My fav is how innocent children are. They're just so damn pure.

@nhh11 I showed at 22 weeks with my first. For real bump- not bloat/food baby bump.
    2nd around 15-17 weeks.
This one- I'll let you know when this carb bloat leaves.
  • EDD/W+D: 9w4d / 2/21

Team finding out/pink/blue/green: Looks like it's a boy if SneakPeek can be trusted!

Baby is the size of a(n): Tater Tot

    Upcoming appts: August 8!

How are you feeling?: Frequently nauseous and sleepy. Ready to rip out my sinuses after SEVEN WEEKS of a cold/sinus infection. Otherwise, getting excited as this whole baby thing starts to feel more real.

    Rants/Raves:
Rant - my brother-in-law and his gf let us know at lunch time that they are driving through our town and needed a place to stay tonight. So we spent the afternoon/evening getting the guest room ready. And it's 9:15 PM and they're still an hour and a half away. I have work tomorrow. We've been going to bed at 9 because I'm sick and my husband is jet lagged. I freaking can't.
Rave - Looks like it's a boy :D!!!! Trying not to put too too much stock in these results because it does seem like they're wrong a good bit of the time. But I'm getting excited by the prospect of welcoming *Hugo* into the world in February.

    Questions: none ATM

GTKY: What is your biggest/worse phobia (hint: phobias are irrational fears)? That something I've done in early pregnancy has hurt my baby. That time that I was out in the sun all day...could my temperature have gotten too hot? That time my dog put her paw in my mouth...could I get toxoplasmosis? That kind of catastrophizing.
