@fishakris Oh I definitely cried during Toy Story 3 earlier this pregnancy. That’s a heart-wrenching movie, though! Pixar knows how to mess with my emotions. I think I’ve cried watching almost every one of their movies.
@fishakris we took ds to see toy story 4 last week and I was crying at the end in the theater. We got out to the car and I was still crying on the way home. I’m emotional normally but this was over the top lol.
@kbrown2385 what age is your little one again? i desperately want to go see toy story 4 & suggested we go this weekend but my husband thinks dd wont have the attention span to sit through it at the cinema and i kinda think he's right but i kinda still want to try cause i want to see it so bad!
@leprechaunlady ds just turned 4. He did really well. I made sure to go in the morning so it was more kid friendly. How old is your dd?
@stashattack growing food successfully makes me feel so good! I have a couple peppers close to being ready but lots of tomatoes still needing to ripen.
@kbrown2385 she's only 2.5 so i think she probably is a bit young yet but a few of my previous bmb went this past weekend with their febubabies (we were f17 so we're the febuladies and the febubabies & subsequents are the febubitties lol) which gave me hope.
@leprechaunlady our local movie theater shows movies in the summer at specific times that are cheaper and intended to bring kids to. DS isn’t quite 2 but I’m thinking of taking him to one of those showings to see how he does for future reference. Not sure if there’s anything like that near you 🤷🏻♀️
@leprechaunlady I think it depends on your kid too. Does she usually get into shows/movies at home? My DD is 2.8 or so (3 in September) and rarely does a movie or show keep her attention longer than 15 minutes unless we're in the car on a trip. We took her to Secret Life of Pets 2 for her first movie theater in June, and she did pretty well. We had to get up twice so she could talk in the lobby, but she really loved the experience. We also went to the first showing in the morning, so the theatre was full of kids. We'll take her to see Toy Story because she's obsessed with the originals. I think we'll take her next week when we're on vacation in the OBX on a rainy day because it's a tiny theatre, at the beach, so I'm hoping that means no one else is likely to be in there.

@bosslady925 she usually does pretty well with films at home but maybe gets a little bored and distracted towards the end so im just not sure about it but would still like to maybe try it out.
