@leprechaunlady here it is! I was going to private message you but in case anyone else is interested also. She's such a sweet person and very open about things. She's much more active on Instagram, but I enjoyed this video. Hope you do too!
Had my blood drawn today for NIPT along with another ultrasound "for peace of mind," as my doctor put it. Measuring right on schedule. Now we wait to see how much insurance will cover for the blood test.
@MrsJessS I’ve noticed I like NP better than the doctors on more than one occasion. Better bedside manner.
@leprechaunlady I had PTSD (not made up, I was actually diagnosed) from my labor and delivery. I am going to go to therapy mid second trimester to help with the labor and delivery this time around. I may even consider hypnosis. I did have a doula last time and am on the fence if I’ll do it again. I feel like I got the hang of it. DD got her shoulder stuck in my pelvis and had to be vacuumed out and then it went downhill from there. I feel like confronting the trauma again will help get past it. I also have done therapy for years and it always helps.
@justsuzie in my last appointment i was offered trauma counselling & to see a clinical psychologist but i have declined as at the minute id rather leave it in the past. This may change as i get closer to full term & actual delivery but with having way more appointments from having GD previously and seeing an endocrine consultant and also a specialist consultant for twins im reluctant to add more appointments to the list!

Edit: didn't realize it would just put the video. If you want ti go directly through YouTube, just search for Hannah Polites.
