GTKY: No pets for us but we would both love to get a dog
Quick rant: bras are the most difficult thing right now. I want something that will give me shape and support (I was a DDD before I got pregnant..), but not break the bank, because I know they'll get even bigger after birth. So far I have 1 that fits and 1 that 'fits' but I'm close to outgrowing both. What's a gal to do?!
GTKY: Do you have any pets? If so what? We have 2 dogs! Swayze is a 3 yr old great Dane/German Shepherd cross, and Maybe is a 2 yr old pug/mini schnauzer cross.

Rant: I have to take the 3 hour glucose test tomorrow. I've already started tracking my sugars 4 times a day, so the 3 hour test is just the formal "yes I do officially have GD" thing. So far as long as I stick to the low carb parameters, my numbers are fine thankfully.
Rave: leaving for Hawaii in a couple days!

Yes 4! A 12yo Husky (Kiki), 11yo German Shepherd (Poncho), 8yo Hound mix (RJ), and an 11yo blonde tabby (Butch). We6ve had them all since they were young and it makes me so sad to see them getting old.

Yes, loving everyone's pics! We have two cats, one of whom (Alf) is absolutely my baby and loves me so much. He doesn't like MH, lol, which is funny because we did get this cat together. We have a second cat, Lily who kind of hates all of us. I do feel bad because Alfie really picks on her a lot. Then we have an old old maltese dog who is basically blind and really declining at this point.

Rave(s): So excited for my appt today! I bought a bot and girl sleeper at Target yesterday so I'm prepared haha. Also, we have a closing date on our new house so @Dancer688 I feel you on the need to organize and clean. I ha e been Marie Kondoing my house for over a week now. It feels great.
GTKY: Do you have any pets? If so what? None at the moment. We used to have an Australian Shepherd. When we move into our new house we plan to get a cat.
@creamcheeseplease good luck today! Fingers crossed for you! My niece had kidney issues too that luckily resolved by age 1, but still so stressful.

@Dancer688 I feel you on the growing part! I literally got stuck trying to fit past a box that is in our hallway right now. Me laughing just made it worse and my sister had to rescue me. It gets better soon when the bump is nice and round and cute!

GTKY: Do you have any pets? If so what? Our 12 year old pup passed away last summer. My husband and I got him together when we were 19 and still in college. He was 11 weeks old when we adopted him and we loved him dearly, but he was sick (cancer) and starting to not act like himself. We finally just finished renovations and now I can have his box of ashes displayed so that makes me feel better, but we miss him!
Also, my son keeps talking about wanting a fish, so it looks like we’ll be getting one soon!
GTKY: Do you have any pets? If so what? I have two dogs! 12 y/o poodle mix... my sweet old lady. Such a funny personality. So smart- can understand very complex commands. Mixed with some terrier though so LOVES murder and has a bit of a stubborn streak.
5/6 year old lab mix is a silly girl. she’s a 30 lb low rider who lives and breathes for my husband. She has come a really long way since we got her- she was just shy of 1 and was a stray at some point. Still doesn’t do great around men and loves to gobble up some turds but has certainly adjusted well to that inside life.

@gumby22c Hawaii! Is it your first time? So so beautiful. We’ve been everywhere and it just doesn’t get better than Hawaii. It will be so hard to come back!
@Dancer688 oh so fat and have only gained a couple pounds. I think I reached the threshold over the weekend where I just hate my body. No bump just getting really wide (even my back wtf). We’ll be cute again soon!
@alaluap I basically have to keep my feet up all day. There is now some version of an ottoman in any room I may enter. Re: bras I wasn’t a DDD but they are large. I bought some cheap sports bras from target a size up and those have been doing well under most things.

Yes we have a cat named Tipsy (named for a perfectly white tip on her tail) and a black moor goldfish named Swampy. He lives alone because any other additions to his tank have suspiciously died 👀

How are you feeling? (Cravings/Symptoms): Feeling pretty good. Sleeping well, keeping up with exercising. No real cravings lately.
Rants/Raves: I have no patience lately. Find myself yelling more at the kids/hubby. I need to get that reined in. So hard.
GTKY: Do you have any pets? If so what? Bella is our 10 yr old goldendoodle. She’s sweet.

@dani_0921 good luck with the scan this afternoon! Is a pregnancy girdle the same as a belly band? I've used one stretchy elastic one and I do find it very helpful both for extra coverage when I'm wearing a shorter shirt that doesn't quite cover the bump, and for extra support, especially while I exercise - I sometimes wear it outside my shirt so I don't have to wash it as frequently (on the treadmill at home so I don't care if I look silly!) and it really helps. In the last couple months of last pregnancy I found a more structured band with velcro and stuff to be somewhat helpful for belly/back support.
@alaluap I'm not sure if this will help your issues at all since it sounds like more of a cup issue than a band issue, but maybe it could help you a bit. I've been using bra extenders (like for the band, it has a row of hooks and extra rows of eyes) to wear some of my regular bras a little longer since the cup size still worked for a while. Honestly now it's not as useful anymore and I just use it for my sports bra, but they're cheap.
@Dancer688 I'm with you on feeling like I'm getting fat, especially since I'm showing more and sooner the second time around. I keep worrying I'm gaining too much weight and it'll be hard to get it off later. I never did loose all the weight I gained from DS1 but hoping I converted at least some of that fat to muscle with exercise, and hopefully can do again.
GTKY: Do you have any pets? If so what? No pets, but DH would like to have. Of course, he's allergic to anything with fur, most likely one day we'll have a reptile, which I'm more or less ok with as long as we don't have to feed it insects.

Fine for the most part. Tired again, but we've been super busy lately.
We're getting new carpet Wednesday! We've been talking about replacing it since we bought the house 6 years ago. But it means we have to move EVERYTHING out. And we have a lot of crap.

2 horses- 13 year old quarter pony cross (spirit-my baby in my profile pic) and 17 year old quarter horse (chief)

1 cow- bottle baby we got three days after finding out I was pregnant, so shes 14 weeks old now (fiona)

Uggh, too many. My husband and I were together 8 years before we had kids, so we accumulated fur babies. We have two cats, two dogs and a red eared slider turtle.

3 cats. One old-man cat, he is 20 years old and 2 young black cats. They don't allay together so no photos of all three.

@alaluap What do you think of your new car?? MH and I both drive sedans and we've been thinking that we may need to upgrade soon.
@dancer688 I feel the same about getting bigger -- I don't totally love it. I can see my face getting rounder and I just don't like it.
@gumby22c Good luck on you test!! Hope you pass with flying colors. And I'm SO jealous of your Hawaii trip!! Hope you have so much fun. Just came back from a trip there over Valentine's. It's my favorite!

@rogro118 I just started taking prenatal yoga classes and I love them! They're relaxing and help me stretch appropriately.
@ABabyMarshall I'm laughing at your description of getting up from the couch like an old lady. I feel the same - I have to like hold on to things around me and get up slowly lol

We have a Shih Tzu and six cats! I was a foster mom for one summer and 4 of our cats are foster fails lol.

We have two cats, a beta fish, and a cockapoo that we adopted three days before I found out I was pregnant. At least walking her gets me off the couch and is decent exercise every day.

We have a female min-pin named Lily Pad, a schnauzer-dachshund name Teddy Bear, and 3 fish. I'm pushing for a 3rd rescue dog, but we are moving to our new house in a few weeks and a new dog and a new baby is a bit much. Maybe this time next year

The SPD is UNREAL. I just ordered two different support belts since I hopefully have 20 more weeks to go with the pain. I had it with both of my previous pregnancies but not until third trimester.
