Is severe nausea in the second trimester a cause for concern?

I've been feeling sick more often, my nausea wasn't that bad in the first trimester but now, I can't eat anything without getting sick. I have an appointment on thursday. Should I talk to my doctor?

@buggiemarie99 always talk to your doctor if you're concerned about your health. Its a big concern if you can't keep fluids down or have a fever.

Yes, talk to your doctor. Unfortunately morning sickness does not always go away during pregnancy.  I know a lady that was hospitalized multiple each trimester due to severe morning sickness. The only way it went away was delivery - for BOTH of her kids.
