-A more laid-back (low-pressure) approach, so no charting or temping.
-No contraception, sperm-friendly lubricant, staying healthy in general (working out, hiking, eating healthier), pre-natal vitamins, avoiding unnecessary chemicals/nasties in environment/food/pharms.
-Eating healthier. I've been adding in lots of extra fruits, vegetables (particularly greens and cruciferous ones), hemp hearts, sesame seeds, cacao powder, and olive/avocado oils.
-Maintaining a low caffeine intake. No alcohol (no biggie because I'm not a coffee or alcohol drinker).
-Keeping a TTC journal.

@MrsVP614 Glad to hear you had such a lovely birthday weekend! We were thinking of you.🎈Your timing looks GREAT on that chart, FX!! R/R: Such a busy week this week! My cousin’s wedding I’m in is Saturday so we are getting there Friday. DH took Thursday off so we could pack and relax before the crazy but then decided we are going shopping for a Jeep all day Thursday. Today I’ve got a little day trip planned so that leaves Tuesday and Wednesday to do everything.
CS/Q: Does anyone get EWCM a little before their fertile window? My Clearblue advanced are saying low but I got some EWCM yesterday so we HIO just in case (and had the added bonus of me acting like it was spontaneous not driven by an App or things I pee on 😉) I’ve looked back a couple charts and I do see EWCM on them early then it goes back to Watery and then back to EWCM... Even so this is still really early since I’ve been Oing after CD22 or so! Maybe it’s just a fluke 🤷🏻♀️

Are you getting any nasty side effects from them? I have a hypersensitivity to prednisone, so I will only take it if I'm pretty much dying. @keikilove hooray for balance! That's so important, I'm glad you're doing what you need to do in order to keep the stress low and take care of yourself.
@bows22 I am so sorry you're back here.
@millpe 6 hours total in the car today? Ooof. I hope it's not a stressful drive!

@MrsVP614 glad you had a great weekend!
@millpe hey, at least you can turn on some music and enjoy the drive, right?
@bows22 hoping you can turn your Monday around! AF can be an exhausting jerk for sure!
@keikilove FX that those X’s can go away soon! Keep HIO. MH had that issue when we were trying to go ED, so we switched to EOD unless he’s in the mood.
@varimama I’m the same way. My temp spiked this AM and I have EWCM, but negative OPK still. I have had this my last few cycles, though, so I know I’ll O in a few days. Totally normal!
@emeraldduchess YES! That gif is everything! Lol! Happy O day!

R/R: my birthday is tomorrow!!!! MH asked what I wanted to do to celebrate and my answer was make a baby. Lol! Not even sorry! A rainbow baby is all I want for my birthday this year!
In other news, MH is finally getting his s*** together with his health. He had a minor scare this weekend with his blood pressure, so now he is suddenly interested in diet and exercise. I gained 20 pounds between my BFP and MC, so I’ve been working on getting back on track. Much easier to accomplish with him doing it as well. I’m hoping this continues, because I would love to see him get healthy like I did for this next chapter.
CS/Q: I am used to my CM faking me out before O, but my temp spike threw me a big this morning. I’m going to double up on my OPK and do a clear blue I think to double check. I’m new to wondfo this cycle, so I’m a bit confused. Just hoping O is still a few days away.
ETA: I just looked back at my last normal chart (last cycle was my AL cycle and an-O), and this is exactly how it was so now I’m more relaxed about it. Still picking up some clear blue OPK to double check today though!

Hey, Girls, HEY!
Month/Cycle: 3/1 AL (this one confuses me… lol. I’ve been trying for more than 3 months, but with the loss, I lost a lot of those months, etc. etc.)
CD: 14 (I usually O on 16-18, but zero signs of that happening)
WAYDTGKU: OPKs (CB Advanced Digital will bankrupt me), having more sex than ever (blah), PNVs, being healthy-ish, charting (haven’t forgotten in a week!), etc.
R/R: RAVE: This was a great weekend and I thought I was going to have a stressful morning with extra errands I had to run before work and DH traveling etc. but it went smoothly.
CS/Q: Nothing yet. Pretty significant dip today, but I know myself well enough to know that means absolutely nothing haha, but I’ll keep telling myself it means I’ll O soon.
@flowntheloop YAY for likely good timing and DOUBLE yay for knowing your body. This board—years ago and today—has taught me more about my body than any doctor ever did. I feel like I know mine really well now too. It’s empowering, isn’t it?
@MrsVP614 I feel you on the only active at work part! We are on the same CD day and I’m waiting for the OPKs to turn!
@millpe That really sounds like a Monday. Boo.
@bows22 I feel you on tired etc. I’m just counting down to the 4th of July in my head!
@keikilove Ugh I am dreading the DH not being able to finish part. It’ll definitely happen. I try to be low key so he doesn’t feel pressure, but he knows what I’m there for when it’s O time hahaha. It’s one reason I REALLY try to not do more than EOD. But who knows. Hope your timing works out ok anyway.
@varimama I always get better CM 3+ days before O, so it hasn’t been super reliable for me (hence temping and using two kinds of OPK), but it’s always a good sign to have any! It could be your body gearing up to O. I’ve heard some women’s cycles have “false” alarms before the real deal.
@emeraldduchess Yay for having NOTHING planned!
@sunflower_auryn I hope the social events end up not too draining! I usually dread weeks like that and end up having a good time!
@ejoseph16 Boy oh boy to I hope you get your birthday wish! Feel free to PM me any wondfo pictures. I’ve been using them for years. I do double up with Clear Blue though, it helps!

Also, I had a pretty significant temp dip this morning (~.4 degrees) so I'm hoping that means that it's O day. I'm going to do an OPK (one internet cheapie and I'm going to pick up some digitals when I go grocery shopping) this afternoon to be sure. We BD'ed on Friday and yesterday, so we're pretty exhausted, lol. If it is O day, then I might convince DH for one more roll in the hay tonight. FX he's not too tired from working all day.

@mrsvp614 I'm the exact same way - I have a hard time bumping on the weekends because I hate the mobile app and have less time anyway. I'm also lucky that my computer activity isn't monitored at work
Glad you had a great bday weekend!
@millpe I hope you have a good audio book for that drive!
@bows22 love chatting with you, but I'm sad to see you back in WTO!
@keikilove ugh its the woooooorst when they can't finish. Like, you had ONE job.
@varimama I don't usually get EWCM before O, but as you'll see in my CS/Q I had some early this cycle too. I have gotten some after O on more than one occasion. Bodies are weird. Exciting that you'll be Jeep shopping!
@emeraldduchess
@sunflower_auryn ugh, I hate being overextended socially!
@ejoseph16 so great that DH is working on his health! I agree that it's much easier to work on your own habits when YH is doing the same.

R/R: had my vaginal u/s on Friday. If you missed it, I'm BRCA1+ so I get biyearly pelvic u/s to screen for ovarian cancer, so this was just a routine appointment. I casually mentioned to the tech that it'd be cool if she could tell me how my follies were looking and she just laughed it off. I was too chicken to press the matter further, but I'm disappointed I didn't get a "free" report on them lol.
CS/Q: had a weirdly early patch of EWCM on CD 9, along with a nearly positive OPK, so we HIO just in case. But who the heck O's on CD 9? My norm is CD15-19, BUT I occasionally have a really short, 24 day cycle when the norm is 30-31 so I guess it's not entirely impossible. Sorry, not really a question, just rambling. I've been horrible at temping this cycle so the uncertainty is my own fault.

@MrsVP614 LOL that Weekend-Mondays gif!
@flowntheloop I am also not a big coffee drinker, so cutting back on caffeine wasn't too hard. I do green tea now instead, which keeps my migraines away w/ just enough caffeine & is an anti-inflammatory & also good for TTC.
@millpe I feel like the worst thing about a three hour drive somewhere is that there's a three hour drive back, too. Luckily we had that podcasts GTKY last week or the week before, so you shouldn't be stressed on ideas of what to listen to whilst driving! I always recommend the Hamilton soundtrack, though--it's 2 hours & 22 minutes long, so perfect for one way of your trip!
@bows22 We're CD twins! AF makes me v. tired, too, though it's been a rougher one than usual for me... guess what I blame? Today's full moon, obviously.
@ejoseph16 Glad you & YH are in the getting back on track again thing together & that it's making it easier that it's the two of you! Also feel you on there already being so many posts here! But if my powers of divination are correct, we'll have a lot of people moving over to TWW soon bc of the full moon today. (I am OBSESSED with the moon & its effect on us haha, as everyone in TWW had to hear about all of last week.)
@stassischroederI have a monster LP (not complaining, promise,) so I did a LOT of researching on Dr. Google during TWW bc I O'd on CD 15 and then had my super long LP, so my cycle was extra long-- ANYWAY, my point is, I was wildly surprised at the drastic differences of the days ppl O'd on--early and late? I am definitely SMEPing this cycle like I've never SMEPed before. ALSO, it could be the full moon SEE ABOVE. Also, I see why you didn't push it in terms of the extra info but geeeeez why not, lady (or man) just be kind and drop the knowledge!

(I have change saved up to buy myself one hot beverage while I'm out, but also I'm not going to feel bad for doing the one thing I spend money on besides groceries.)
CS/Q: Dropped the VitC from my regiment at the end of my cycle last time bc I was afraid it was why I wasn't getting AF 4ever? Not that any research confirms this, but taking it is supposed to lengthen yr LP. Now I'm wondering if I should keep taking it WTO since I already have a healthy LP? I'm going to reread the parts in It Starts With the Egg about VitC, since that's why I added extra-but-not-too-much to my regimen, and then I'll decide bc Dr. Google wasn't helpful on this one, so might as well go back to the source. But any advice on VitC might be helpful.
@stassischroeder have you been keeping up with OPKs after the positive? 9 is early, but sounds like not entirely out of the question for you!
