Good morning, friends! The top five nominees have been selected, and it's time to vote for our three private group admins. The poll will be available for a week so we can collect as many votes as possible. I will close the form on Wednesday, June 12, by 5:00pm EST.

    Should we do a separate thread for deciding on the vetting process or just continue the discussion here? As I mentioned before, in my previous group we had the mods get the group going, add all of the super regular posters and then we love titted the people that wanted in that weren't super regular posters.

    Since we are such a small group, shall we say 15 love tits? That's only like 33% of our total group that would need to vouch that they know the person, so I don't think that sounds like too many, but totally open to other suggestions. Also, I want to make it known that the vetting process is ONLY to determine if people participate enough and are known in the group. I don't see anyone being left out unless we don't know who the heck you are.

    @zuuls_mom excellent gif choice. 15 love tits sound good to me. Agreed that it’s only to keep complete strangers out and not to exclude anyone. Where do the love tits happen? In a thread where people comment saying they’d like to join?

    Basically everything that @zuuls_mom said I agree with.

    How do we do the vetting exactly though?

    Should we have prospective PG member PM the three admins their tribute pic? And then admins determine the super posters from that, and add them. 

    Do we do a thread in the PG for love tits for all the other prospective members?

    And then if/when anyone is admitted they can post it their pic in a tribute pic thread so everyone in our PG has to show their real face at least once?

    @themadcamel right? I saw it and was like YAASSSSS. 

    It would be a thread in the PG. People would PM one of the mods saying they want in (or post in here, whatevs) and then we'd make a post in the vetting thread that says "Love tits for so and so go here" and everyone would love tit appropriately. Once they reach 15, they get added.

    @lillywonderland the only reason I am hesitant to have people PM their tribute pic prior to being added is it may slow things way down. I know getting a pineapple, and all that jazz together may take people a little time so should we do just a quick PM from them saying "I would love to be added please" and then once they hit 15 then we add and from there, they have a week (if that sounds good to everyone) to post a tribute pic and if they don't post it in that window they get removed? Sorry, that was the longest sentence, ever lol.

    Do we have 15 super regular members that would just be automatically added? I know I don’t post enough to be considered a reg and I see lots of other people saying that too. What if you are semi-regular and don’t get the 15?

    It’s funny, I lurk on other boards and they seem to have so much more traffic than ours even though September is supposedly the most popular birth month. I like the group we have though!

    One of the admins (myself, @zuuls_mom or @themadcamel) can create it, add the others as Mods and we can begin the migration!!



    zuuls_mom’s long sentence below:

    Anyone who wants in the PG needs to PM one of the admins or post in the designated thread. The admins will determine if they are a “super posters” and add them to the PG automatically. 

    For all other posters we’ll add their name to a PG admission thread and wait to see if they get the 15 love tits. 

    The admitted PG member then has one week to post their tribute picture. 

    The rest of the rules can be decided on once we get the lion’s share of our members.

    Congrats to you three! You are great for this! 

    @calliah that is my worry too but I definitely recognize you as a regular poster. I’m not much of a regular poster at all and with it being the crazy last month of school it’s even less right now. 

    I have the same question as @monkeysmom80 where is the PG?

    So much love for HIMYM so the September Pineapples is a great name!

    @monkeysmom80 if you go into community, there is a section for groups and it’ll have a space for “your groups”. 

    @rms924 probably just the pineapple, your face, bump and something with the date and your bumpname in it.
