R/R: The SS continues so I’m glad I’m testing tomorrow to bring me back to reality that it’s still so early. The person that I have worked with on my “summer” clients for several years left our firm this fall so today is day 1 of training the new person. He started at our firm in the fall so he’s not brand new but no experience yet with this type of client. Wish me luck and patience!
CS/Q:
@bows22: good luck!!
Month/Cycle: 12/10?
CD/DPO: 29/12
Timing: meh
Typical LP length: 14
Testing: trying to wait til Friday, if no AF. Overslept this morning, so not testing was “easy” as I rushed around!
R/R: progesterone levels from last week confirmed O! But have been getting a little crampy, so not thinking very positively
CS/Q: not temping 🙂
@lcking82 thanks! good job not testing today!
@bows22 Good luck! Hopefully he's a quick study!!
Month/Cycle: 9/9

Testing: Nope
R/R:I'm getting back into the swing of things post-vacation, trying to get caught back up. I'm getting back into my normal workout schedule too, which will help!

@bows22 GL tomorrow! I feel like some of us stress less when we test (can you tell I am a poet) & others are better waiting as long as possible. I am kind of somewhere inbetween. I wish I could wait, but I often set a date to test & then wind up doing it like the day before or something.
@mvt2003 Glad you are getting back into yr sched. & that working out is helping.
@lcking82 GL this cycle & w/ waiting til Friday!
Month/Cycle: 9/4AL
CD/DPO: 29/14
Timing: "high"
Typical LP length: ~16
Testing: WFAF
R/R: My rant is still about the nonsense I posted in Randoms yesterday bc it's giving me & DH stupid anxiety & I can't handle it, but I am trying to. But my rave is that DH came into my office yesterday & asked, "How was your day?" and I was straight like, "bad" & he asked why, so I gave him the list, including the BFN, &... he was like, "I want to get an SA" & said he wants to try to be more involved bc he knows I want this & doesn't want me to have to shoulder everything. Sometimes I feel like he can read my mind. I am still annoyed that he's doing some of the things he had stopped doing for lent again, but at least not as much & at least now he wants to be more involved w/ this whole TTC thing.
CS/Q: I totally deserve that open circle today lol, I didn't set an alarm to temp and didn't wake up when DH woke up, so it's, like, over an hour after I've been temping lately. OOPS. If I set an alarm, it fucks the temp up too, though, bc my heart is then racing, so I haven't been setting one? Also, I'm WFAF anyway -_-.
Month/Cycle: 14/14
CD/DPO: 25/8
Timing: Great (-3, -2, -1, O)
Typical LP length: 13-15 days
Testing: Maybe tomorrow if I don't forget.
R/R: I am happy the big boss isn't in the office this week. He always wants to go to a restaurant for lunch and it's just too much for me. I need to go for team building but I am tired of bar food. I like my 40 min walks listening to podcasts and my carefully planned WW lunches. And I like leaving work with almost 7K steps instead of under 2K.
CS/Q: everything looks normal

@lcking82 It's great when life happens in a way that helps with not being tempted to pee on all the things!
@mvt2003 Welcome back! Hope you had a wonderful vacation!
@kagesstarshroom Aww that's really sweet of YH. I haven't had "that talk" with MH yet, but I'm starting to think maybe we should think about doing some testing? I dunno. This is hard.
@rikiteacup Your lunch plans sound much nicer. My walking buddy's husband is gone for work this week, so she can't walk in the mornings with me, and I won't go solo that early in the mornings, and so my steps are suffering. I hope to get out at lunch today instead!

R/R: Irritated with/discouraged this cycle. On the bright side, I did a draft technical review of my big presentation this morning, and either everyone understood the way I explained my data, or no one did, so they didn't ask any questions. There were a couple of stats nerds in the room, so I'm hoping for the former. I still have a bunch of work to do on it before this time next week, but I feel pretty good about it.

Post vacation catch up is always so hard @mvt2003! Haha!
@kagesstarshroom I'm happy to hear that your DH is willing to move forward with a SA. It couldn't hurt to have more answers. I hope he schedules it soon!

@kagesstarshroom I’m so happy that your H is coming around, even if it’s just a little bit! Sometimes I want to wait to test too - I think when I have a feeling I’m out, I like to wait to delay the letdown. But sometimes I get hopeful and then the buildup of hope gets to be too much. So it really depends on my mindset each cycle. TTC is such a roller coaster
@rikiteacup I might have said all of this before but I go out to lunch a lot with my job and get the same way with bar food. People tease me because I’ll order grilled cheese a lot but sometimes I just want something simple!
@shamrocandroll WTF to your chart, indeed. Will you try a non-cheapie again? I’m glad your work project is going well!
thanks @puppylove8910!
@shamrocandroll Do you usually get spikes like that? I usually get my highest temp around 11DPO.

Testing: I think tomorrow....I kind of feel like this is a Schrodinger's cat situation, and not testing keeps the hope alive that I might actually be KU, so we'll see how I feel in the AM.
R/R: We had major storms this weekend. Our house is okay, but a lot of people don't have power. Our friends are staying with us until theirs gets turned back on. So I've been pretty absent on the dailies lately. Hoping things calm down soon!
CS/Q: Staying pretty on-trend with past months so far....
@rikiteacup Now I want grilled cheese & tomato soup for lunch...
@puppylove8910 Thanksss. I was literally just in the dailies and TTCAL yesterday bitching about how he seems to not care bc of his reupped bad habits, and now he's dutifully swallowing vitamins and suggesting a SA! He must be on here as a newb catfishing us... TOO SOON, I know, too soon lol.
@bows22 I feel like sometimes I KNOW I'm out & can be real zen about it and other times I don't, and I wish I just always "knew" even though that "knowing" is probably bs lol we know nothing agghhh :dives into the abyss.: :the abyss turns out to be full of puppies though so it's all gonna be okay: (didn't want to be too dark haha).
@bows22 @rikiteacup Tomorrow testing buddies!
@kagesstarshroom Those open circles....I always take them personally, like FF is getting on to me! But some days it's a catch 22... take temp at the right time, but without good sleep or whatever vs take temp later with good sleep and get an open circle. *sigh*
@kagesstarshroom FX for a quick SA! So happy YH is being proactive about it!! Also super glad he's in a better head space
@shamrocandroll FX for a good presentation! I'm in the same boat of having to broach the SA topic too, so I feel you.
@shoogapoff I feel the same way sometimes, like when I know I'm out sometimes I just need to see the BFN.

@rikiteacup Unfortunately between my AL cycles and my benched cycles where I didn't temp to try and maintain some sanity, I don't really have a good baseline for "usually" with my cycles.
@shoogapoff I feel you so hard on the Schrodinger's cat thing. I wish I had held off, because now I'm just kind of in the "who knows" territory... early, but also not that early.
@kagesstarshroom Yeah, I think I might call about some testing if this next cycle doesn't pan out, because that'll be our 1 year mark.

Typical LP length: 14-15
Testing: probs not even though I'm wishing I could be a SS
R/R: rant - neck has been hurting since Friday and it's stressing me out given my medical history. Currently on hold with my neurologist so they can either tell me to chill out or get an MRI or something. Rave - the weather is freaking amazing here right now! So welcome after a weekend of rain. It's like low-mid 70's and sunny and I went for a 2.5 mi walk during my lunch break.
CS/Q: nope
@lcking82 hooray for confirmed O! I hope the cramping is a good sign - do you usually get it before AF?
@kagesstarshroom I'm definitely in the "test really late"/never test camp. It has relieved so much stress for me haha. I read your update the other day and I'm so sorry for all the stupid BS you guys are going through. Sending you much strength and good vibes! That is sweet of YH to say he wants to get a SA.
@rikiteacup glad you're getting a break from your boss this week! Going out to eat constantly sounds exhausting.
@shamrocandroll it's still early! sorry you're feeling bad about this cycle. Glad your review went well today!

R/R: This week is dragging, probably because I am excited for the weekend. I have a bridal shower then a graduation party for my cousins (siblings) and I am excited to see all the family!
