Today I pretty much ate the entire day and it’s the first time in a long time no nausea or migraine/ headaches. Tomorrow morning I am going to forage for healthy snacks. I got healthy fruit and nut bars weeks ago but haven’t tried one. any suggestions for healthy snacks that also knock out a craving or two? So far my favorite “snack” is baby spinach salad with roasted pecan, cherry tomato, blackberries, raspberries, dried cherries and sheep’s milk cheese.
