WAYDTGKU: letrozole + progesterone

R/R: WOOO it's the weekend (ish). Working from home, but heading to the RE soon to confirm if I O'd or not! I got another +OPK this morning, so hit or miss since it is the second day in a row, and I usually O on the second day. I hope I did... bc I'm not sure if MH has another one in him...

WAYDTGKU:
-Keeping an eye on ovulation window, no contraception, sperm-friendly lubricant (Pre-Seed), staying healthy in general (working out, hiking, eating healthier), pre-natal vitamins, avoiding unnecessary chemicals/nasties in environment/food/pharms.
-In terms of eating healthier, I've been adding in lots of extra fruits, vegetables (particularly greens and cruciferous ones), hemp hearts, sesame seeds, cacao powder, and olive/avocado oils.
-I also have a very low caffeine intake (and I already don't drink alcohol or smoke).
-I started a TTC journal (handwritten), so that has been helping me cope with some of the stress!

R/R: I didn't get much sleep last night as I was worried about the heavy storms passing through. Luckily the storm front calmed down by the time it reached us. It is going to be a rainy, yucky day--but I'm glad that we didn't get any storm damage.

R/R: Yay, it's Friday! They allow us to work from home in the afternoon on Fridays, but usually all of the "creatives" (copywriters and designers) stay at the office. It makes for a nice and peaceful afternoon.

R/R: doing some last minute packing and then heading to NC for the weekend! Probably won’t be on a lot but I’ll be lurking as much as i can. Hope everyone whose going to be affected by the storms today stays safe!

R/R: Off today! Unfortunately spending the day doing cleanup at DH's family's cabin which was seriously damaged by a falling tree over the winter. Then traveling to my parents' for the rest of the weekend, which should be nice.

CS/Q: I'll start temping tomorrow when af has fully left the building.

Haha, you can tell this is a holiday for some people. Way less busy this morning! Or everyone moved over to TWW.

CD: 5

WAYDTGKU: So, MH and I talked yesterday and decided to take a more casual approach this cycle rather than jumping back up off the bench guns blazing. We'll see how that goes because I don't really do very well with casual, haha. Still doing PNV, FF, OPKs... just apparently less scheduled HIO, so not as much SMEP as I planned originally.

R/R: Nah, my R/R is covered above, pretty much. ONE WEEK TIL PUPPY!!!

CS/Q: Still pretty boring.

@keikilove Thanks! And yay for FW! I can't wait for mine! I don't tell my husband when mine is as I don't want to pressure him. He is the type that doesn't like being treated like "a piece of meat" LOL! However, it does seem there is something pheromonal going on because we almost always become a lot more active during that week anyway (even before we were TTC it was our pattern)!

No, sadly the damage was really bad and it will have to be torn down and rebuilt. We have to clean up and inventory everything for insurance.

@shamrocandroll Puppy!! How exciting! I will also be walking that line this cycle of trying to be “casual” with MH about HIO while of course still being totally on top of it all in my head (sigh).

R/R: For my mental sanity I’ve been listening to some awesome podcasts. One is BFN and the other is Infertile Mafia. They both have some seriously funny ladies and make me laugh when no one else can at tough situations.

R/R: I'm off while DH is not so I'm meeting him for lunch! Otherwise I will be cleaning up the house today and hopefully being really productive with that.

WAYDTGKU: Prenatals, BBT, OPK, Ubiquinol

R/R: H had his post-surgery appointment yesterday and the urologist was super impressed. He said it usually takes a few months before you can visually see the success of a varicocele repair but with my H it is already clearly visible. This also shows how bad his case was. He told H caffeine and alcohol in moderation was totally OK but to still wear loose boxers. Wearing tight boxers could alter the SA results.

R/R: Urgh I haven't even opened that peggy's post but I'm already mad. / Had a good time out to dinner last night for a friend's bday, and today I'm off to the poetry festival for the weekend! DH is sad I'll be gone, but he'll be working all weekend & when I get back--my FW begins next week! woo!

CS/Q: It is not a very exciting chart.

@kagesstarshroom I'm still going to temp, I think. I didn't while I was benced, and it was nice, but I hated not knowing when to expect AF for those 2 cycles. Especially that first AL cycle that seemed like it would never end.

Thank you @shamrocandroll @rikiteacup @chichiphin for the positive feedback! I'm always somewhat concerned that I'm posting way too much--really long stuff and articles-- and some of it is out of the mainstream so I sometimes wonder if you guys are like, "Oooooookay, crazy lady...."

@madcouplewithabox Hemp hearts are a nutritious addition to meals. They are high in protein, omega-6s, and omega-3s. You can add them to just about anything. I like them on salads, homemade pizzas, in oatmeal, etc.
