  • Good morning! I think I go here now.

@emeraldduchess Sorry about the BFN. It’s not over till it’s over! Good luck with all the grading.

@daffodil_shoe Sorry you’re sick. Gold star for you for HIO anyway! Hope you feel better soon!

@b_1029 Good for you starting a lifestyle change. What do you have in mind? I keep trying to make changes but I love food so it’s hard!

@ruby696 Hope you have a good day! Glad to see you over here too!

    Month/Cycle: 7/7

    CD/DPO: 24/ 2-4

    Timing: Good

    Typical LP length: 11-13 days

    Testing: Maybe April 1

R/R: Had good shifts at work but I wasn’t feeling well yesterday so I stayed home. I also seem to have pulled a muscle or something in my shoulder. Hoping I’ll be able to at least get a walk or some yoga in today.

CS/Q: Do you guys think I O’d on CD 20 or CD 22? I thought CD 20 based on CM and OPK, but I had more EWCM on CD 22. My Cover line is usually closer to 96.

    Me: 35 DH: 35
    TTC since 9/2018
    Dx: MFI
    10/19- First RE visit
2/20- DH had surgery for bilateral varicoceles
7/20- IUI with 5 mg letrozole- BFN

    11/20- Mock transfer/ERA
    12/20- FET #1- transferred one 4AB- BFN
3/21- FET #2- transferred one 3AB- BFP! Due Dec 2021
    12/21- Baby girl born!

  • @b_1029 you should look into a light box for SADD if you feel like the “gloomies” are mostly happening in the winter months. Good on you for making a lifestyle change too!

@ruby696 honestly I did zero work 😉  Best of luck with WW!

@kiki047 yes I am so glad we did an unmedicated cycle because it would have been a huge waste! I’m sorry about the BFN and plummeting temps. But your TMI story made me giggle ha!

    @misshelen86 looks like O on CD20!
  • @misshelen86 *waives hi* I think CD20 for O. Although I'm not sure what to think about your EWCM. Hopefully it means you're super-fertile this month!

@kiki047 I usually ovulate way later in my cycle, so I'm having a hard time believing I could have ovulated this early even though this cycle is medicated. I feel like there's a good chance that I'll make it to the 8th and do the beta test, and get the call that it's negative.  Also - not gonna lie, I'm a little jealous of your non-ejaculate sex!
  • @ruby696 good job for starting WW again! If you find any good recipes, let me know :)

@kiki047 / @misshelen86 nothing huge, basically just trying to not eat out / eat like crap and exercise more regularly. I also need to drink more water. He needs to actually train (consistently) for his half marathon in a month.

@kiki047 Any healthy meal ideas are welcome, especially for weekdays! DH doesn't believe there's anything but red meat, so I'm always looking for tasty new recipes to sneak some leaner protein in. Who knew his SA could make sex so hot?!? That's a plus, at least!

@misshelen86 ugh I know, I'm already eyeing our vending machine at work and it hasn't even been 24 hours. This is why I keep gaining weight, lol. That gif is a perfect depiction of me on a diet too! Sorry you're not feeling well. Hope you feel better soon! I'm also not sure on your O day...I would say 20, but with EWCM on CD22...hmmm. Call it even with CD21? haha.

@daffodil_shoe I have definitely thought of getting one of those. I started taking vitamin D a few weeks ago but it doesn't seem to be making any sort of difference.
  • @b_1029 so I just went to the grocery bc of this exact reason - I got some work to do in the gym and the kitchen! my grocery store has all of these pre-cut veggies that make prep/cooking easier even tho they are slightly more expensive. I bought these sweet potato noodles and HOLY COW roasting them with a little bit of olive oil & spices for 15 min at 450 and they are DIVINE. 100% would recommend. Nice healthy side to go with a protein :)

  • @emeraldduchess hoping for no spotting for you!

@daffodil_shoe sorry you’ve been feeling sick but glad y’all got to go for it!

@b_1029 sorry for your gloomy Monday morning. Hoping your lifestyle change helps!

    Month/Cycle: 8/6

    CD/DPO: 29/I don’t even know

    Timing: ED

    Typical LP length: 14ish days?

Testing: BFN yesterday even though I said I wouldn’t test until tomorrow. So I guess just WFAF now

R/R: rave: today is my last day of work! I am so excited to not make a hour each way commute anymore and to not have to deal w stupid people. Rant: just generally feeling crappy and bummed while I wait for AF because I know I’m out next month as well due to MH being gone. So that sucks.

    CS/Q: nope

  • @misshelen86 I could make an argument for either O date. The rise from CD22 to 23 is slightly bigger than 20 to 21, and the presence of EWCM throws things off a little. But I think you're safe to assume CD20 based on OPKs as well. I've had a bit of EWCM or W CM post-O before as well. Hope your shoulder is feeling better soon!
@ruby696 I haven't had time to keep up with the updates in the IF thread lately so excuse me if this has been asked and answered already but did you do a trigger shot too? And mid-cycle monitoring? I O'd way early last random cycle too and didn't believe it but it was confirmed by ultrasound. My cycles have been getting shorter since I started letrozole. Last 4  have been CD20, CD20, CD12, CD15. Hopefully they nailed the timing with your IUI and you won't have to do this again! FX! and lol I never thought I'd be so happy about NF HIO... It has happened a lot in our last 15 mos of trying (and sometimes even before then) and it has never ended well... no pun intended lol.
@b_1029 I'll PM you some of our fave light meals. Even if YH loves red meat, sirloin is really lean, and veal is another good lean alternative. Or you can mix in some ground chicken or turkey. // Things were definitely not this steamy the last time we did his SA. It was a week of stresssss and no touching. I dunno what's gotten into him but I'm all for it while it lasts. Except the cutest thing he said last night as we were cuddling after was "maybe we can get a couple more in before AF comes... or maybe she won't come at all?" Heart. Burst. I cheated and rubbed his back so he'd fall asleep right away so he wouldn't see me cry a little at that thought.

  • @kiki047 No trigger, I had a positive OPK before my trigger day. I think that's why I'm skeptical. Although CM supports ovulation and I was hoping to do the IUI a couple days before ovulation because *TW* with my losses I've noticed I tend to have success when we HIO at -2. *End TW* I guess I need to just get out of my head and see what happens.
  • @kiki047 Sorry about the BFN yesterday. Keeping FX AF stays far away. Who knew not finishing could makes things hotter? YH must have amazing self control- between that and the progress on his diet plan!

@MrsJessS Enjoy your last day! Sorry for the BFN, but maybe you ovulated later than you think?

  • @daffodil_shoe damn, girl, HIO with the flu? That's commitment.  Hope you feel better soon!
@b_1029 good for you and your H for wanting to make a lifestyle change.  It's not easy but you can do it. Spring is a good time, I think since the weather is nice and it's lighter longer. The Skinnytaste blog has tons of good recipes and she doesn't use artificial ingredients.  Her Greek yogurt bagels are yummy.
@MrsJessS happy last day of work!!
@misshelen86 hi!!! Glad to see you over here!  I agree, CD20 looks like O.
@kiki047 so sorry about the temp drop and BFN. Good luck with the SA tomorrow (is that weird to say?)
@ruby696 I am crossing everything for you and sending out all the positivity I can for you this cycle!

  • @spacemountaineer so sorry about the BFN. :(  Glad you could get some antibiotics for that sinus/ear infection.  That sounds miserable, I hope you feel better soon!  And YAY tulips! They're my favorite part of spring.
