@Oklahomak Ahhhh leaking is the worst....with ds that happened for me while having lunch with dh's grandparents in their garden 😂

I'm still nursing and haven't leaked since I regulated like a year ago, does that mean I'm pretty safe this time around? Or.... 😬 anyone have any insight there?

@BigBadWolf12 Hahaha that might be worse than at work, depending on how close your relationship with them is.

I think id rather leak with them than at work if I'm honest.... lol. They're like my own grandparents.

Also, top tip for anyone: don't wear a white nursing tank with no padded bra or nursing pads for a LONG time after your supply regulates. I was baby wearing ds at 3 months old, got super hot so took him off and took my sweater off and totally wet-white-tshirt flashed my dad, brother, and mom 🙈. I thought my supply had regulated more but I guess his crying triggered letdown anyways. Oh also, this was Christmas morning 😂 nice family time that I turned XXX

I walked around all yesterday afternoon/evening with one boob out becuase my nipple randomly hurt so bad. (For the record, I was at home).

Also, I had a massive almost diarrhea poop, and it was AMAZEBALLS!
Way happier than I've been in 4 days (of no poop).
(I know we talk about poop too much. But I legit was so happy, I was smiling aaaaaaall morning.)

My pajama shirt was soaked this morning right in front of my nipple. DH freaked out. No clue how enough leaked to cause that...it cant actually be milk at this point, but clearly something is gearing up again.

And my boobs hurt. Like as much as they did when I was pumping and had gone 3 hours and 15 minutes since pumping and needed to pump at 3 hours. Fun stuff awaits!

@BigBadWolf12 I did not leak at all with the twins, but was a crazy leaker with DD2... I'm expecting to be a crazy leaker again when my milk "comes back in"

@oklahomak Noooo- I cant imagine leaking through a shirt at work in front of people.

Whenever I cough deeply, I feel my hemorrhoids pop in & out.

Who knew it was possible to feel constipated and have diarrhea at the same time. Ugh. Let me tell you, it doesn't average out 😂
