I got walked in on DTD with my boyfriend (not DH) by my mom the night before I moved away to college (1 1/2 hours away). Move in day was super awkward....we never talked about it again and pretended it never happened!! I never got caught my entire time of high school....freedom was so close lol!! I was so mad at myself for slipping up.
I had a college roommate walk in on me giving a BJ. Same college roommate did it IN OUR ROOM WHILE I WAS TRYING TO SLEEP. I didn't dare turn over in my bed that night.
Otherwise I got caught giving a hand job to an ex when his mom came home.
Never caught DTD though. We're lame.

@inthewoods23 Ah, that's crazy! I can't believe your roommate did that to you!
I guess I'll put mine in. This has actually happened a lot to me. I don't know why . But I'll just put the last two times which were BOTH on our honeymoon. I am going to put a link to our honeymoon suite just because it's hard to explain the setup! https://www.sandals.com/ochi/rooms-suites/detail/?categoryCode=RJ
So DH and I had a sick room and we were taking full advantage of all of the water features LOL. The little waterfall to the pool was kind of loud so you could never hear anyone knock... EVER. Also... it was all you can eat and drink so I blame the drinks for forgetting to put the "DO NOT DISTURB" on the knob outside!
First time, DH and I are in the plunge pool... thankfully on the edge that someone wouldn't really be able to "SEE" anything. But the cleaning lady apparently knocked and proceeded to push her cart into the suite... I heard the door I jumped to the other side of the pool putting my suit back on AND I RUN AWAY into the one room. DH has an issue and is floating face down in the pool. I am looking at him through the window of the living room laughing. It was awkward. Especially since she asked DH if it was okay to clean and he said "yes" for some reason at that moment? LOL.
Second time we were in our room for a before lunch romp and our curtains were totally open and these guys come in TO CLEAN OUR POOL (wonder if cleaning lady gave him the tip off). I'm hoping the sunlight was in their eyes... they didn't act too weird when we popped out and asked what the hell they were doing!
@brookert615: you KNOW the hotel staff was talking about y'all - although, now that I think about it, certainly any place that is adults-only has to expect that lots of folks are getting it on, right?
no, but it's been WAY too close! There was one time we tried to get in a quickie before his uncle came over to go to a football game, and I think DH had just stood up to wipe himself off when he rang the doorbell. I awkwardly didn't come downstairs for 15 min or so because my face was so flushed.
@brookert615 I am DYING 😂😂😂 I was already laughing at you running away (for real, out loud), and then yh agrees that it’s a good time to clean??!? Oh man. Thank you for that!

@begging4abump Sometimes running away is the answer, which is usually what I do in embarrassing situations! But just seeing him trying to hide his current situation was so funny . Glad you got a laugh out of it!
Mh and I went to Hershey for Valentine’s Day. There is nothing to do there in the winter but hio and see the museum. So, we were active with the former when hotel staff came by. I think they knocked, but we had locked the door and assumed they’d go away. Turns out we didn’t put on the top lock, so in comes the housekeeper. I locked fear eyes with mh as we heard the keycard click and door open. Then I threw him off me, and jumped to the corner of the room while he shouted “no thank you!” Housekeeper scooted around so fast with that cart! We’ve learned our lesson now and use all locks.
My high school through college boyfriend had a room in the basement of his mom's house, and had basically the whole basement to himself, except that the washer and dryer were also down there. So, on several occasions, we'd be messing around when someone would come downstairs to do laundry. We would usually hear in time and stop and just pretend to be "napping", but unless his family were idiots, they totally knew what was happening. It never fazed us enough to make us stop, though... haha! I'm actually not entirely sure why they continued to let us be down there by ourselves together, looking back.
Same boyfriend used to occasionally stay overnight in my freshman dorm room, and even though my roommates and I had agreed that overnight guests were okay, I caught them talking behind my back saying we were doing it with them in the room (which, we definitely WERE NOT), so eventually we got a twin sized air mattress for him to sleep on instead, but then they complained it took up too much space. As a result, he stopped visiting so much and I'd just go back home and stay overnight at his place instead. But the ONE time we knew we were going to be alone because my roommate was meeting a friend at the airport, she ended up walking in on us. Apparently the flight got delayed or canceled, and we were mid-deed when she came back into the room. I was mortified. That same roommate ended up being one of my best friends, and we are still close 15+ years later. We still don't really talk about that one time, though.
I *think* those are the only times, hahaha!

Oh I thought of sort of a scandalous one. One year on St. Patrick's Day in Chicago (aka drunk fest...always), I stayed with probably 5-6 people in a 2 bed hotel room and somehow hooked up with a guy on one of the beds (pretty sure others were on the bed?). How we didn't get caught, I have no idea. I guess everyone else was drunker than we were? Or they just didn't let on that they knew. When I had flashbacks the next morning, I was mortified.
@begging4abump Oh my gosh, that is hilarious! That housekeeper probably was more embarrassed than you . Good call on double locking everything!
@shamrocandroll Hahah the "napping" move was a big one! Your friend was just asking for it by not being around LOL. Also, I'm not mature enough to say "erection" without giggling .
@b_1029 Oh girl! Honestly they probably didn't even notice!
@b_1029 I've definitely done the hiding in another room kind of thing out of embarrassment or shame. Not from being caught, but other things. I think we've all been there 😅

@brookert615 Did they think he was dead since he was just floating face down in the pool??? Did he eventually come up for air to them standing there like "Should we clean now that we know you're not dead?" This is quite the mental scene.

@shamrocandroll he did pop up after she started talking to him. He took the floatie that was in the pool and put it between him and the wall. He leaned over it and looked me dead in the eye as I was in the air conditioned livingroom behind the door like "WTF BROOKE?". But he legit stayed in the pool the entire time she was cleaning LOL.
@brookert615 BAHAHA I just choked on my water. Even if you were the talk of the town that week, it's a honeymoon suite, what do they really expect? lol. @B_1029 ooh you little minx! That's a good one. @shamrocandroll I also did not clue in to what this "issue" was. At first I was thinking to myself, ok he has a boner, but what good does floating butt-side-up do in the pool if he's stark naked? lmao.
We've never actually been caught, but we have fooled around a lot with people very close by. One time when MF threw out his neck I wouldn't let him drive to work because he could barely move, yet he still insisted on going. So I convinced my Mom to pick him up and drive him. Except he was being a big baby about getting out of bed when she got there so I thought I'd give him some "encouragement", assuming he'd leap out of bed out of fear that she would hear/walk in on us.... but he didn't. He resisted a little at first but he totally went along with it and after a while I could hear my mom yelling from the other room "is he up yet?" and I'd shout back "Oh he's up all right just having a hard time getting his shirt on over his head! Be right out!" lol. We've also DTD upstairs at the cottage with like 20 other people in the house. I'm still not sure if they could hear everything because that cottage is creaky as shit, but then they had music going and like 10 oscillating fans and they were all drunk and it was like 3 in the afternoon soo.... maybe not? Ha!

OH MY GOD, HOW DID I FORGET ABOUT THIS ONE??? Technically not walked in on, thank god, but still awkward AF...
My mom came home in the middle of me losing my virginity. She was supposed to be at a memorial mass (classy, right?) after school, and apparently I thought memorial masses lasted much longer than they actually did. We managed to sneak out the back door and went for a walk around the block and then came back to the house like "Oh! You're back early! We were just out for a walk by the lake!" She had no idea and I will never ever tell her.

Ooh, I have the opposite and it’s terrible. We were dropping some money off with my ILs a few years back. We put it on the dining room table. DH pushed me back to the door and said we had to leave right away. Yeah, they called a few minutes later and claimed they were watching TV. They have a glass bedroom door. Fortunately, I didn’t see anything. DH can’t say the same I’m afraid.
I've never actually been walked in on, but once in my senior year of high school, my mom walked in the bathroom as I was getting ready and informed me that I needed to be aware that my bed squeaked and that luckily my dad was a heavy sleeper. I didn't even respond, I just walked in my room and hoped to die from embarrassment at the though that my mother laid there listening to my bed squeaking (our rooms shared a wall). I've had a lot of floor sex as a result of that experience.
Also, when MH and I were dating, we were HIO super early in the morning and my street facing bedroom window was open. MH's brother lived across the street from me at that time and his parents were down visiting. I can't say we were being quiet (at all) and then all of a sudden, I hear my now FIL's car lock/honk, right outside my window. I was mortified and I hope so hard he forgot about it.
@mercury94 OMG hahaha. I had to drop in at my dad's house to pick up my passport one night and when I got there his GF's car was in the driveway. I was immediately uncomfortable. I called him 10 times, rang the doorbell twice and banged on the door for 5 mins but no answer so I thought maybe they were out back in the pool so I let myself in. Weeellllll... she's a VERY loud person in general and I can now say the same about everything she does. I RAN up the stairs, grabbed my passport and GTFO of there. I still hear those sounds in my nightmares. He called an hour later to ask what I wanted, I played dumb and made up some story about needing to ask him a question. To this day he doesn't know, and I'll never, ever bring it up.

@shamrocandroll OMG! losing my virginity in itself was an embarrassing experience, I can't even imagine the added stress of someone walking in. Though I guess we kind of had that issue too since it was in a dorm room and he had a roommate, lol, You all played it off really well!
Another mortifying situation I had was when my mom started to tell me how great pregnancy sex was. I immediately told her to stop talking and she thought I was being ridiculous (I was not pregnant or close to being pregnant). I'm starting to see that my mom thinks we're much closer than we are...
@ruby696 Oh my gosh, your mom sounds like mine! I get awfully painful periods and my mom would always suggest HIO because it helps with the pain! Boundaries, mom... boundaries.
@ruby696 my mom also has no boundaries. She likes to tell the story of how I was conceived. Even moreso now because she knows it makes MF squirm and she thinks it’s funny. Gross, Mom!

I feel like we are all getting so much more personal with each other haha. I was caught one time HIO by my real estate agent when he was showing the apartment to two women. It was HORRIFYING because I couldn’t find the pants I had been wearing (no clue why I didn’t look in the drawer) and finally found them and put them on inside out. (They were yoga pants so didn’t look too obvious). When we left the bedroom the real estate agent winked at me and high fived my bf 😂 and yes they bought the apartment lol.
When I was 18 I was having awkward drunk sex with my bf and my brother walked in (random funny story, I didn’t have a bedroom door because I kept slamming mine so I was being taught that the use of a door is a privilege not a right haha) and he thought my bf was hurting me so he pulled him off and thank god the room was dark lol but good lord.
Oh and when I lost my virginity, mid intercourse I asked “is it all the way in yet??” And yes, It indeed was 😂😂😂
I know this was yesterdays... But... So my ex was in the military and came home unexpectedly mid-deployment. Needless to say - things like shutting the curtains were NOT a top priority. Apparently the landlord got ... complaints. As in plural. About middle of the afternoon, middle of the kitchen floor... doings. But, she knew he was deployed those few months, so OF COURSE it wasn't us. She was just trying to figure out who it could have been... It was totally us.

He resisted a little at first but he totally went along with it and after a while I could hear my mom yelling from the other room "is he up yet?" and I'd shout back "Oh he's up all right

Oh and when I lost my virginity, mid intercourse I asked “is it all the way in yet??”
And yes, It indeed was 😂😂😂

So my ex was in the military and came home unexpectedly mid-deployment. Needless to say - things like shutting the curtains were NOT a top priority. Apparently the landlord got ... complaints. As in plural. About middle of the afternoon, middle of the kitchen floor... doings.
But, she knew he was deployed those few months, so OF COURSE it wasn't us. She was just trying to figure out who it could have been...
It was totally us.
