Month/Cycle: 8/7(second cycle AL)
CD: 18
WAYDTGKU: Prenatal vitamins, Fertility Friend, temping, OPKs, HIO, SMEP (but we kind of failed at that) and red raspberry leaf tea
R/R: Finally starting to feel better. I wish I didn't have to skip the gym yesterday, but I just didn't have the energy to workout AND HIO. Haha. HIO was my priority!
CS/Q: *facepalm* Temp went up again. I am leaning towards my cold being the cause, but I don't feel feverish and I read that colds don't usually mess with your BBT this much. OPKs were negative yesterday and I still have a tiny bit of EWCM. So I am just going to sit here in limbo until I figure out what's up. GET YOUR ISH TOGETHER BODY, WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS FOOLISHNESS.
@emeraldduchess sorry your temps have been so frustrating
Month/Cycle: 8/6
CD: 16
WAYDTGKU: HIO ED, PNV, CM/CP
R/R: went to a marriage retreat this weekend and had a lot of fun and got to reconnect with MH which was great and needed. Also got to spend the day with him at his work yesterday which was pretty cool. Also the HIO plan is going well and we’ve only missed one day this cycle. So at least I’m feeling confident in our timing even if I don’t know my O date 100%
CS/Q: when do you check CP/CM? I feel like mine is lower in the AM?
@MrsJessS I usually do it in the morning so it’s around the same time every day
Month/Cycle: 17/18
CD: 6
WAYDTGKU: unsure. Thinking I’m gonna ditch OPKs and BBT this month and just go by CM. But I like the data so who knows
R/R: rave- made it to the gym this morning! Rant- after the workout, this older guy I’m friendly with was like “how’s the baby making business?” I was trying to rack my brain on if I had told him anything (I guess I did at some point?) and was like uhhhh what? And he said “are you preggers yet?” I said “nope just infertile AF” ha I was so taken aback. Then he asked if I’m at least liking the “gymnastic” part and I was like literally couldn’t hate anything more lol. Good talk this morning for sure 🙄
CS/Q: nope
edited- forgot I started a new cycle ha. Realized I did the same thing yesterday, oops!
CD: CD8
WAYDTGKU: Fish oil, CoQ10, PNVs, FF, temping, preseed, CB digital opks, Fertilaid for DH, Synthroid for Hashimoto's, Pineapple core after O, Trying progesterone cream this month
R/R: DH moved his work schedule around to make sure he wasn't out of town during the FW! The past 2 cycles he has been gone for at least part of the FW so this is great that he is trying to make an effort to help be around as much as possible.
CS/Q: Nah
@MrsJessS How fun about the retreat! That's great you're keeping up with timing! I check mine when I take my OPKs but that's just because I'm already able there to wash my hands and everything lol.
@b_1029 Sometimes taking that break is freeing!!! That's great you made it to the gym! Ahhh, that conversation is so awkward! Sorry you had to deal with that!
@Spartanrd4 Yeah, bonus points for YH for moving around his work schedule!
@ruby696 So exciting you're off the bench! Your parrot is super gorgeous, glad he's so sweet!
Month/Cycle: 8/8
CD: 5? I think.
WAYDTGKU: Metformin (for PCOS), Armour Thyroid (for Hashimoto's), PNVs, Vitamin C & D, Kelp, Calcium, OPKs, Temping, FighterDiet, RLT, Taking suggestions? LOL
Rant: Sorry I'm full of negativity lately... I thought I would be able to get so much done at work today. NOPE! I swear just when I start to get ahead there's some crazy stupid crap that ends up taking up all my time and then I get even more behind! Also AF decided to just stop. She hasn't been her usual self this cycle - so obviously that means I take a bunch of HPTs LOL. All BFN. I mean... I don't even know who I am anymore.
Rave: I just made a protein iced coffee and it's delicious. I decided to make cauliflower pizza last night for dinner instead of my steak salad. So yummy steak salad tonight!!!
CS/Q: Nah!!!!

@ruby696 yayyy for being off the bench!! So exciting! Keeping all my fingers and toes crossed for you, friend!
@emeraldduchess hmm, the plot thickens. Huge props for still HIO even tho you were feeling poopy. Also, I'm laughing at your use of foolishness
@MrsJessS what a cool way to spend the weekend! Glad you were able to reconnect with YH. // I check CP at night because I shower before bed (when I remember).
@b_1029 ugh to that convo with the guy at the gym. Cheering you on for using your comeback though! Yes girl! People need to be put in their place sometimes, especially when they're overstepping.
@Spartanrd4 That's nice of YH to move his schedule around, feels like when it's all said and done that's the least they could do. It's not like they don't get something out of it too.
@brookert615 well I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who starts to question everything they know when AF is kinda weird. When I had that weird heavy spotting for 3 days and no real flow at the beginning of this cycle I was tempted to POAS but I talked myself out of it.
Month/Cycle: 15/12
CD: 14
WAYDTGKU: PNVs, BBT/RHR, CM, Vit C & D, Vit B12, Omega 3s, CoQ10, Metformin, Ovasitol, PCOS/low carb diet, no caffeine, HIO, softcups, letrozole + TI
R/R: Why. Am. I. So. Tired. I don't remember the last half of my drive in to work, pretty sure my eyes were closed for most of it. But for a rave, MF is finally having what might be one of the first great, motivated days on this diet so far and it is SO inspiring and refreshing. He got his HIIT workout in early this morning, his knees have never felt better and he has more energy. And we had what might've been the best meal on this diet last night because he's allowed to have butter again so I made a veal meatloaf and braised carrots and green beans. The food has been so blah but that one turned out great. Only 10 more days!!!
CS/Q: Temp dropped again, CM is finally starting to change (pretty sure my hormones are out of whack again, my CM has been super weird this month), but at least my RHR is stable again. The last few months my anxiety has been off the charts so it's finally looking more normal.

R/R: No rant today, but my rave is that it has been sunny and slightly warm the last two days, and it is so welcomed! Bring on Spring!

@emeraldduchess Your chart looks great. I also love that you had to pick HIO over working out. Talk about sacrifices! I'm here on CD 19 also in limbo. I need to remember how to embed my chart!CD: 19
WAYDTGKU: OPKs (Wondfo and the Clear Blue Advanced starting on CD 14ish), EOD sex, less caffeine, temperature/charting, healthy, possibly Vitamin B6 and things for a luteal phase defect, blah blah
R/R: Rant: Pretty sure I ovulated on CD 17 (very positive OPK and solid smiley on A Clear Blue and CM etc), but now I am waiting for the temperature shift. Expected it this morning…
CS/Q: My chart is a mess. I’m going to upgrade starting next cycle!
@b_1029 Yay for the workout and what the heck older guy? That would enrage me.
@Spartanrd4 That is great YH is supporting the journey. Mine travels too and it can really mess things up.
@colelle Charting is great and I can't recommend cheap Wondfo OPKs enough. I learned SO much about my body through this board. And of course the great book always touted on here (you should get it if you're interested and don't have it): Taking Charge of Your Fertility

@emeraldduchess Any chance you missed the surge with your OPK? Your chart is starting to look pretty post-O to me...
@MrsJessS Yay for marriage retreat, that sounds so fun!
@b_1029 Uh, there is nothing not gross about that conversation and good for you for being blunt AF. I hope he felt like an ass, but it sounds unlikely.
@Spartanrd4 Aww, I love hearing when husbands are super on board! It makes TTC so much easier.
@brookert615 I took an hpt two days ago. While benched. Just because my temps were high. I woke up spotting the next morning. So effing lame of me. I swear it's a sickness. Sorry for your BFN and feel free to take all the tests.
@kiki047 It sounds like you and YH are doing great on the diet! I hope we get to hear how much YH lost when you're done!
@colelle I'm with you on being excited for spring!
@EmilyLove25 FX you see a temp shift soon!
Month/Cycle: 18/10ish
CD: 1
WAYDTGKU: All the things. Rx folate, maca, Ubiquinol, B-12, multivitamin, Ava, BBT, OPK's, and IUI no. 1 this cycle.
R/R: I've been buying fancy coffee beans to brew at home and we ran out so I grabbed a bag of Peets that I had in the pantry. It's so disappointing after I've been spoiling myself. Maybe a darker roast would help, IDK.😕
CS/Q: Nope.
ETA: Basically I'm whining because my coffee isn't great... First world problems, for sure.

@MrsJessS The marriage retreat sounds like fun! Glad you were able to reconnect with YH.
@b_1029 WTF old guy! What an awkward convo. Good for you for being blunt with him.
@Spartanrd4 Good job to YH for rearranging his schedule around your FW.
@brookert615 So frustrating about work. I get it about wanting to test when AF is weird. My first few cycles I tested because AF is so short, it could be IB right? I have to remind myself now my temp has dropped and there’s no point testing. Yum to cauliflower pizza.
@kiki047 Sounds like a tasty meal. I bet you’re tired from all that HIO! Well done girl!
@colelle Welcome! I agree to bring on spring! I like charting because it can teach you so much about your body!
@EmilyLove25 Yay for your positive OPK!
@ruby696 Yay for being off the bench! Sorry your coffee isn’t as good as you are used to.
Month/Cycle: 7/7
CD: 11
WAYDTGKU: Ava, OPK, FF, SMEPish, RLT, CM, fertility yoga
R/R: DH finally started to take an interest in TTC. He came home last night with a multivitamin for men, since I mentioned a while ago it might be a good idea for him to take one too. Then he asked questions about his diet, whether I got a positive OPK yet and if I got KU this month what the due date would be. It was very cute to finally see him on board since he hadn’t seemed that interested before (other than HIO of course).
CS/Q: nope
TTC since 9/2018
10/19- First RE visit
2/20- DH had surgery for bilateral varicoceles
7/20- IUI with 5 mg letrozole- BFN

11/20- Mock transfer/ERA
12/20- FET #1- transferred one 4AB- BFN
3/21- FET #2- transferred one 3AB- BFP! Due Dec 2021
12/21- Baby girl born!

@kiki047 wait, is your chart saying you're typically fertile any time between CD15-32+? Whoa. Not confusing at all FF. Sorry you're so tired
@colelle welcome! I would definitely start temping to figure out when you're ovulating and if everything is normal. I understand on wanting to keep things light though, I think the first several months I just used OPKs and then was like "ok I need to get serious now" and bought a BBT.
@EmilyLove25 yay for a solid smiley! I was more just taken aback than mad, especially since we chat fairly often and maybe I mentioned we were trying a while ago? I couldn't remember so I'm hoping I did rather than him just randomly asking me, lol
@ruby696 hi again
@misshelen86 that's so sweet that YH is showing interest! Good to know they come around eventually (still waiting on mine)!
Diagnosed with PCOS & Hashimoto's
@misshelen86 woo hoo major points for YH for taking the initiative to do all that. That's so great!
@b_1029 yeah FF hates me because of my irregular cycles. I used to O anywhere around CD30-32, then it went down to CD20, then it went down to CD12.... but there's no consistency. It was CD20 for 2 cycles in a row, then 12, now I'm at CD14 and still no O *shrug* FF also likes to predict AF anywhere between CD34-52
My friend was told to stop taking her PNVs and just take folic acid because it "doesn't do anything". I told her her RE sounds like a quack, but he's supposedly one of the "best", whatever that means. I suggested maybe it has something to do with the iron content so I recommended she switch to a gummy PNV instead. Has anyone else heard of this?

@emeraldduchess I’m so sorry you’re body is frustrating you! That’s so tough to deal with. Is your nonBBT running hot as well? I would think your regular temp would be high if BBT is high due to fever. Hope you get answers soon, and glad you’re at least feeling better!
@MrsJessS I check mine throughout the day but it’s usually midday before anything comes out to play.
@b_1029 ooooh that’s a tough decision. I don’t think I could ditch my temps. 😀 GL with whatever you decide. Sorry about the gym asshat. How rude!
@Spartanrd4 how sweet of your H! It’s really unfair when Work gets in the way of that tiny window of opportunity! My H has agreed to no doubles during “go” week (over 60 hours of not seeing each other) and I’m doing the best I can to keep business travel from getting in the way. This stuff is stressful enough!
Well, I’m posting between gym sets and I’m all done so I didn’t get to everyone! I will try to get back on later.
GL to everyone!

WAYDTGKU: BBT, PNV, HIO ED so far, taking only half a Zyrtec every 3rd day
Rant: Go home, Mother Nature. You’re drunk.
Rave: Our giant landscaping project is reaching the “pretty things” phase. They are planting things today! And half the fire pit is built.
CS/Q: Well, no early O but I’ll take it because hellooooo watery CF! I was getting a bit down because of the massive amounts of water I’ve been drinking and the suffering from no Zyrtec with little to show so far but if this is the result it’s sooooo worth it!
@b_1029 I think that wins for Awkward Gym Conversation. Yeesh. I hate that term "preggers" too. It annoys me so much.
@Spartanrd4 that awesome that your DH could move his schedule around so you don't miss you FW.
@brookert615 sorry you're having so much thrown at you at work right now. I hate when that happens. Inquiring minds want to know...was it cauliflower crust or did you put cauliflower ON the pizza?
@kiki047 that's amazing that you and your fiance are getting healthier together! I felt like DH and I get closer when we started going to the gym together.
@colelle welcome! Temping is actually quite easy to get the hang of. I wish I had started it right away instead of waiting a few cycles.
@EmilyLove25 being in limbo isn't fun, is it? Hope we're not stuck there too long!
@ruby696 yay for being off the bench! Good luck with IUI, you know we'll all be rooting for you.
@misshelen86 I usually test twice a day, but it's tough to do at the same times because of my schedule. I *think* O is about to happen because the test I took today at noon looked positive (lines were the same shade) and I have a good amount of ewcm right now. Late O worries me, though. That's so sweet that your DH is so interested in ttc now. Mine got much more involved once he saw how much I had to do (temping, OPKs, etc.).
@_khaleesi my usual bbt varies a lot, but it's usually between 96 and 98. I haven't felt feverish so I don't know why my temps spiked so much 2 days in a row but I still have ewcm. FX you O soon!
