@TJtheGoat@kels0091 But the wall is public for anyone to see! Sorry that happened, kels. I don't think you're even a little bit of a bad person, if it's any consolation.

@shamrocandroll I haven’t been able to see the avatars either up until you guys started talking about it. Now they seem to be fixed, at least for me 🤷🏻♀️
@shamrocandroll I've also been seeing none via laptop/mobile access, but now I am finally seeing some today? I reuploaded mine a few days ago, but that did nothing. And I agree--super annoying!
Okay nevermind. Brookie had some adult beverages tonight and went tipsy bumping. Of course the first time I get sassy with someone is in a Zombie thread 😂😂😂. Please ignore me!
@brookert615 Girl, I hope it felt GREAT! You deserve a rant session this week! And hey, you didn’t actually hurt zombie OP’s feelings but you got it off your chest. No harm no foul.
jumping back in here... has anyone ever stayed on Sanibel/Captiva Island in FL? We just booked a trip for the last week of May. Suggestions on things to do if people have stayed there?
I blame you all for eating more Oreos in the last 2 weeks than I’ve probably eaten in the last 10 years. I drove 6 hours to my parents’ house last night and while I was deciding on a gas station snack I was like...well dang, this sleeve of Oreos looks pretty good. I don’t think that has ever crossed my mind on a road trip my entire life 😂
@chichiphin I didn't stay there, but we were in Fort Myers and did a day trip to Sanibel about 11 years ago. It's beautiful, and the sunsets are incredible. I don't remember much beyond the amazing sunset we saw.

So yesterday we went to Petsmart to pick up cat litter and they had this enormous stuffed mimosa dog toy. We decided to get it for our roommate’s smaller dog, because he loves to thrash his toys around and destroy them. He’s about 35 pounds and half it’s size. It is HILARIOUS. I’m gonna try and get a video of it later to put on my cat’s Instagram.
My company gets very involved in mentoring local middle school students who are (supposedly) interested in STEM careers. This morning, I was in a panel for a room full of about 50 or 60 middle school students who asked us questions. On the evaluations, one of them wrote that we were litty. I had to urban dictionary it. Apparently it means "lit AF". I feel so old, but at least I'm litty.

@begging4abump I was just thinking that earlier!!! Should we temp an hour earlier or an hour later? I am so bad at moving in the right direction. Like, I'm also bad at driving in reverse. Also, does FF know it's DST?
@kbrown2385 Update: I got the 2019 IT STARTS WITH THE EGG in the mail today and read the preface and part of the intro (had to stop for a minute bc I got emotional), but the preface addressed my concerns about the book--the 2019 has updated research included AND she says that she doesn't want ppl to obsess about completely avoiding the bad toxins (BPA etc), but just cutting back on them bc it's heavy exposure to them that might be bad not like, any exposure at all. So, phew. Looking forward to reading it--thanks again for letting me know there was an updated version, I'm already glad I bought it.
I on a whim made talked my mom in to going to a local homestead/produce place I have never been today, they were having an awesome deal and we got so much yummy stuff. Well, it got us talking about trying to find somewhere to buy chicken. On the way home, we passed a butcher/farm I pass every day. I never go because they do sheep and goats and other meat I don’t eat, but I was chicken on their sign. The place was awesome, the farm hand showed us around and showed us all the animals, and my mom decided to buy some laying hens since hers aren’t producing enough. So, we went in to pay, the guy warned us they were currently butchering a goat, which I have seen many times where I can beef, so I thought NBD. I was not prepared for what I saw at that stage in the process. I am seriously traumatized and had to walk out.
@holly321 That story started out so nice, I didn't expect the ending! Which I think helps to hit home the awfulness of the experience for you. Hope you're feeling better!
@kagesstarshroom I’m glad it came in! I did see they changed the rec for the bpa which is nice. Trying to steer clear can be stressful! I’m interested to see if they changed any of the supplements or the amounts suggested to take. I’m still considering getting the kindle version lol. Glad you’re enjoying it so far!
@holly321 I can honestly say I wasn’t expecting that turn of events haha. I’ve been wanting to find a farm to purchase a cow/half cow whatever. Maybe I’d choose not to be there for butchering 😬.
Not sure how many of us are victimized by daylight savings time. But a huge shout out to those of us who are. My pups were FINALLY on a bit of a sleeping schedule. Bed at 9:30pm awake at 7am. HA damn you daylight savings time.
@brookert615 That ad sucks. I hope they remove it immediately.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
