@lovesclimbing I used an app to track feedings for that reason. I didn’t feed on a schedule, but after awhile I could look back and determine a pattern. To the point that I started being able to sneak a pump session in between feeds while DD was napping. She was much older by then, but it also helped when I went back to work to know what times my body was used to feeding a baby and plan to pump during those times.
