*psa* careful peeing on sticks this late in the game. Some women get fainter lines later on when hcg levels or even dips back down.
I had fainter tests at one point and googled. Found hook effect and tested it. Sure enough, I got a darker line by diluting my urine compared to the line I got with 100% urine at that point.
So if anyone poas and gets lighter tests, don't worry!
TTGP history (*TW*):
Started TTC Oct 2015 BFP #1 June 2016: EDD 16 March 2017, MC July 2016 Re-started TTC Aug 2016 Started IF testing Nov 2016 Spontaneous BFP #2 January 2017: Rainbow Baby Boy September 2017 BFP #3 November 2018: Baby #2 expected August 2019
For being pregnant after multiple losses and having struggled with infertility I am surprisingly not a poas addict. I usually take a couple at first then put the sticks down. After my losses it has taken awhile for hcg to drop so a positive test really does not do much for my mental health after the first few days.
I have no judgment for those who are poas addicts, just my personal views on why I am not.
