I've had an insanely awful sinus infection for the past 10 days. I took plain sudafed several times over the past 6 days because I remembered it being on the medication safe list from previous pregnancies. Kicking myself for not googling it until today, but I did and now I'm seeing it's not considered safe in the first trimester. I'm 8 weeks.

What’s done is done so worrying about it won’t change anything and if you are concerned, I recommend reaching out to your doctor who would have a much better understanding of the potential impact of taking certain medications while pregnant.
