Not sure how to handle gifts reminding me of loss

My sister gave me jewelry at my shower to remind me of my previous loss. She is a very emotional person and took my last miscarrage very hard. I don't particularly want to be reminded of this sad time in my life, but don't want to disregard her feelings. I'm confused about what to say to her about the gift and situation.
