Hi everyone, The TTC Prayer Group is a support group utilizing the power of prayer. If you want to join we will assign you a prayer buddy and all you have to do is simply include that person in your prayers. Very simple-yet powerful!!! Feel free to search under TTC prayer group and check in at whatever time of day.
If you have any concerns, special prayer requests, or need to reach us outside of the nest email us at suzannesteward69@yahoo.com or jplotz22@gmail.com If you want to join the group and be linked up with a prayer partner please provide the following info: your name, if you choose, your age, if you are TTC baby number 1, 2, etc, and how long you've been trying. I'll assign you a partner the following day and you can begin posting as soon as you ask to join. Thanks!
I am Suzanne, 39 years old, and my DH and I have been trying to have a baby for three years. In 2008, we have undertaken fertility treatments and have had four IUIs, but haven't been successful yet. My DH and I are taking a break from TTC. We are trying to decide whether or not we want to pursue IVF.
I am Jessica, unfortunately my DH and I lost our baby.
For this week, January 12 ? January 16, Suzanne will be posting between 8:00 a.m.-10 a.m. M-F Eastern time. For next week, January 17 ? January 23, Jess will be posting between 11:30-12:30 M-F Central Standard time.
New & Reassigned Prayer Partners: Mrs. Dunk and jeaniemarie111, Tami and Buttercup16, KyleneD and Bim83106
This Week's Events:
1/12 BubblyBobble?s Anniversary!
1/12 Diva?s first appointment with RE
1/13 Borst-Plotz U/S
1/16 Angelgee?s glucose fasting test
Praise:
Baker_ame: Positive OPK on 1/8/09
Julybride07: Her first NT scan on 12/30 went very well! Her baby was doing all kinds of flips! She is still measuring ahead, instead of 11 weeks 4 days; she was measuring 12 weeks and 5 days. This is the third time that she has measured ahead. If she is still measuring ahead at the next appointment, they will move her due date.
Special Prayer Requests:
Borst-Plotz: She lost her baby. The ultrasound yesterday (1/13) showed no heartbeat. The doctor said that the placenta was pulled away from the sac a little and her baby may have had Down?s syndrome. She is going to let nature take its course, if she doesn?t miscarry by Wednesday, she will have a D&C. Please pray that God, her family, and her friends provide comfort for both her and her husband while they are grieving.
Angelgee: She is having her glucose fasting test done on Friday. Please pray that she passes her test.
Julybride07: Please keep her friend in your prayers. Julybride07?s friend lost her baby and had to have a D&C last week. Please pray that God, her family, and her friends help provide comfort for her during this difficult time.
JessicaLovesTrevor: She was diagnosed with a form of PCOS, although she?s discouraged we?ll continue to pray the Clomid works. If she doesn?t have a higher progesterone this cycle they?ll increase her dose. Please keep her and DH in your prayers.
Zanymermaid: Please keep her and her DH in your thoughts and prayers. They went to the RE and the RE wants them to try IVF. They are not sure if they feel comfortable with IVF or if they want to go the IVF route. They are trying to decide between going forward with IVF or to stop trying to have a baby. They may try another IUI. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers as they make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Diva7633: Her appt. with her RE was yesterday (1/13). Her RE believes that she has PCOS. She has a 2 hour glucose test on 1/19. If she gets her period next month the doctors will do a 3rd day blood test and a sonohysterogram between days 5-10 next month. Her doctor will also keep her on Clomid, but the dosage is now 100MG since that is the amount that makes her cycle normal even though she did not ovulate. She will be monitored while she is on the Clomid to see if anything is happening. Please keep her in your prayers.
Mrs.Teejer: She didn?t ovulate on the 50mg of Clomid so she?ll be moving on to 100 mg. Please pray this cycle of Clomid makes her ovulate and she?s able to receive her BFP!
KyleneD: She and her DH just started TTC after many years on BC, please pray her body is able to ?bounce back? quickly and they?ll be able to get their BFP very soon!
Bim: Please keep our new member in your prayers, she?s had irregular period since her DD was born. Her and DH plan to start actively TTC next cycle, please pray for patience and a BFP very soon!
Purple Butterflies: Please keep our newest member in your prayers; she and her DH have been TTC #2 for the past year.
Reflection for the day: Psalm 23: 1-4: The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul; he guides me in the paths of righteousness, For His name?s sake.
Question of the day: What do you do for a living? I work part-time as a library associate in the children?s department at a local public library. A library associate has the same job as a librarian, but she/he doesn?t have a master?s degree in library science.
WELCOME BIM!! It?s so great to see this group growing!! Your prayer group partner will be KyleneD, she just joined us Wednesday!
