Random pain

I have been having tightness about 3 times this past week as of today I have been having period like cramps around lower stomach pelvic area plus lower back hip pain is it normal? I heard it can be. I'm 23 weeks today.

    Might be BH contractions.

    Could be uterus stretching or round ligament pain.

    It could be Braxton Hicks contractions, growing pains or even round ligament pain. The important question to ask yourself is if you get relief from being at rest or up walking around. If you feel better when you sit or lay down, then I wouldn't worry.
