@angelob88 & @kangstadt: Thanks for the info. My OB is usually pretty chill (he's honest about what the research shows re: alcohol, for example), so when he says not to do something I automatically interpret it as life & death, ha. I don't have any of the symptoms that supposedly go with loss of blood flow, so I'm probably okay for now. At the same time, a Swoogle/Swuggle/Snoggle does sound oddly appealing right now...
@kangstadt Thanks for the encouraging words! Everything has turned out to be OK. I think my OB wanted to be on the safe side because I had another episode of Braxton Hicks with back pain that felt like real contractions. And I had my son early. But everything looks normal and fingers are crossed that baby girl stays in and bakes for a long time.
@sister_c fingers crossed for you as well! I'm paranoid about early labor for no reason this time around when it wasn't even on my radar with DS1. Probably doesn't help that I'm noticing every little Braxton Hicks!
Sciatica has been coming on strong lately.. My left hip has started to hurt occasionally... Insomnia at random hours through the night has been happening..
@distraction the insomnia just started for me as well. I finally gave up and got up (it’s now 3:45). My sleep had much improved when I pulled out my snoogle but the last couple nights it been back to hardly sleeping.
Also I think the fact that I’m eating so little (and so little carbs) is majorly contributing to my excessive exhaustion and feeling like I have zero energy. I don’t know how I’m expected to grow a person on so little fuel.
