Pregnant after IF

If it is negative on 6dp5dt it will be negative on beta as well

So i cracked and had hpt on day 3,4 and 6dp5dt (twice) all came with white stark ... i think this means that my beta (scheduled in 4 days) will be negative as well, right?

Not necessarily. I remember I used an internet cheapie hpt after my first beta on 11dp5dt and it was faint. That pregnancy resulted in my son.  I wouldn’t rule it out, if I were you. I think it’s recommend to test past the expected date of menstruation because it’s not always sensitive enough to detect before that. And I’ve heard that while it’s not common, some people just don’t test positive on hpt.

what test are you using? I've found that the FRER are considerably more "sensitive" than internet cheapies and other digital tests.  FRER can pick up an HCG of 6.5 with a faint line.  I have seen women turn tests later than 6dpt, but i feel like i usually see FRERs turn by 6dpt with a faint but discernable line.

you're not completely out, but just trying to give you the possible alternative outcome.

6dp5dt is only 11 days past ovulation.  You won't definitely get a BFP on a HPT that early.  I think I got my first BFP for my chemical pregnancy on 11dpo (8dp3dt), but it was very very faint and I used a FRER.  If you haven't had your beta yet, go get a FRER.

I didn't get a faint line on an HPT until the morning of 6 days past transfer. I've seen many not see it until a little later. Mainly depends on when your embryo implants and when HCG doubles. If it were late to implant, your HCG may not be high enough yet to show anything.

I didn't even try testing until 9dp5dt although from reading posts, it seems like others have had success earlier but if you remember, at your beta, they're looking for a level greater than 50. The home pregnancy tests are only sensitive to a level greater than 25 - the beta doubles every 2 days... so does not make sense to test much earlier than that.

@mariannenk - I wouldn't rule it out. 6dp5dt is really early. At my first beta (9dp5dt) I had HCG of 54, not all tests would've picked that up. My daughter was born 8 months later. I recommend FRER, but don't take it to heart until your beta. Seriously. Some tests are so sensitive that they can pick up naturally occurring HCG in your system (there are generally trace amounts) to give you a false positive ... and some are not sensitive enough - your embie could've taken its time hatching and implanting - that it will give you a false negative. I know it's hard, but it's best to wait it out for the blood test. Or at least 9+ days.

I took an HPT after a positive beta blood test because I wanted to see one first hand and the HPT was negative. The day after I got a positive one. So I wouldn't rule anything out until beta. Given the date of your post, I hope you had your results and FX they were positive for you!

I am 9dpt5dt today. I thought I had a faint positive on FR but it’s faded. Still there but lighter. So starting to think it’s indent or evap. But I seen the line before 3 mins was up and it has some pink. I’m so scared. My beta is Monday.
Do y’all think I am out already?
I’m a surrogate by the way.

I’m 9dp5dt I really hope I am not out yet. I thought I had a faint positive on FRER. But it’s fading so I think it’s indent or evap. I hope not going to try again in the morning. I took clear blue and cheap Test and those are negative too.
All my other test have been stark white.
