Appointments: Thursday for my 2nd ultrasound
How are you feeling? So so sick. But loving every second of it. I had a few hours of feeling great on Friday which freaked me out so I'll take the nausea any day!

How are you feeling?: Much better than the first pregnancy. I puke occasionally, but I figured out from the last pregnancy that eating breakfast helps (I do not eat breakfast when not pregnant)
Rants/Raves: I am digging the desire and ability to eat this time, but I am already starting to show!

GTKY: Have you thought of anything nursery related yet? If so, share your ideas! :-) So far, we are looking at ocean/beach theme and teddy bears. This time it is much more difficult! We are still gender neutral, since we won't find out the sex until the NIPT.

How are you feeling?: Nausea is still there but is letting up. I haven't actually puked in over a week. It's a little unnerving because I thought it was still supposed to be getting worse at this point, but mostly I'm just happy to be feeling somewhat human again.
Rants/Raves: I put up Christmas lights outside yesterday, and we got our tree up. It's early, but I have some busy weeks coming up and figured that if it didn't happen now, it wouldn't. Despite the fact that I've been a homeowner for over 6 years now, this is the first time I've gotten around to decorating, and I'm enjoying the Christmas tree smell in our house. Unfortunately, we way overestimated the size of tree that would be appropriate for the house, and the tree we got takes up 1/3 of the living room and looks kind of dumb. Oh well. At least it smells good.

Upcoming Appointments: Did our first visit last week. OK so far!
How are you feeling?: Still pretty tired but not as flat-out exhausted as I had been feeling. The nausea has been getting better very slowly, but I'll take the progress! Eating a wider variety of things, but for the most part, all non-carbs seem gross.
Rants/Raves: I spent Thanksgiving weekend with my parents. I'm very thankful for them and their encouragement!

upcoming appointments: December 4th is my first midwife appointment!
How are you feeling? Still feeling gross in general, a little constipated, tired, crampy and intermittent nausea.
Rants/raves: I’m still a little annoyed that my est. due date changed at my last ultrasound, I thought I was due the first based on LMP and when I thought I ovulated but they moved it 6 days based on measurements. It’s definitely possible I ovulated later than I thought and my cycles are super irregular so it wasn’t totally unexpected but for me it just meant 6 more days of stress until I hit the 12 week mark.
Quesrions: nope!
GTKY: I feel like I’ve been mentally designing this baby’s nursery since we started trying 18 months ago. But first we have to finish our basement and re-do DD’s room so it’ll be a long way off before we get to the nursery!

How are you feeling?: I am starting to feel nauseous all the time. If I eat, I don’t feel nauseous. But I can’t be stuffing my face all day...
Rants/Raves: Rave: I had one of my coworkers scan me really quick to make sure baby was okay. I work at an outpatient medical imaging place, so this is totally normal. But I got to see the heartbeat! She did say baby was measuring a week behind my LMP date, so maybe I ovulated late and conceived then?
Questions: Any tips on how to help with nausea? This is my first go around with nausea, with DD, I wasn’t nauseous at all.

I like to do themes based on the sex, so since we don’t know yet, we’ll have to see! I loved the Peter Rabbit books when I was young, so I may do something similar to that...

How are you feeling?: awful all the time. I want to be happy about it, but I’m not.
Rants/Raves: So, my RE referred me to a MFM. But that MFM won’t see me unless I also have an OB. So now I have to find an OB that works with this group? Or... I dunno. And meanwhile, I don’t have an appt set and I’d be due for a nuchal and M21 at 11 weeks. So.... that’s fun.

@jenniferjoy37 This time around protein and potatoes seem to be helping. But honestly I'm sick no matter what I eat and even sicker when I don't eat anything. Like @keebler6elf I'm having to constantly snack on things in order to not throw up at work. Not ideal:/

Upcoming Appointments: Yesterday! It went well. We saw the little raspberry and heart beat.
How are you feeling?: Soooo sick. Nauseous all day every day. Starting Diclegis when I pick it up from the pharmacy.
Rants/Raves: I really need to be studying for my licensure exam. I have 1.5 years left to do it, but really think I should before baby comes and things get crazy. Trying to come up with a plan for studying so maybe I can take the exam in the Spring.
Questions: Is it normal to be extra cold? My office tends to be really hot or really cold based on the temp outside, so I’ve been having to use a space heater. The other day a client said my room was roasting hot lol. I was like oops. Then my hubby the other day turned the heat down a few degrees and said I was roasting him.
GTKY: Have you thought of anything nursery related yet? If so, share your ideas! Not yet. One of our friends wants to paint a mural for us though, so I guess we’ll think more about that when we know the gender.

How are you feeling?: Pretty normal. Sometimes a little nausea that comes and goes. I don't typically have a whole lot of nausea during my pregnancies, so I am fortunate in that regard. Mostly tired.

Upcoming Appointments: Graduated from the RE yesterday with my fourth and final u/s there. Baby looks great, measuring 8w6d and HR of 176. I have my nurse intake appt tomorrow at my OB and first OB u/s next Tuesday.
How are you feeling?: Blah. So, so tired and all day waves of nausea. I'm eating horribly right now.
Rants/Raves: I literally have no idea how many packages will be arriving at our house over the next week from all my online shopping... I think that is both a rant and a rave.

@applegirl19 Yes, I got one for my girlfriend when she was pregnant two years ago and she saved it for me. I remember she was pretty early on the first time we used it and we found that little heartbeat right away and man was that so special! But, I think go into it knowing that it may be hard to find and that's ok, as long as you don't let it cause you anxiety it's fine!

Upcoming Appointments: Today is my first one! No idea if there will be an u/s. Very nervous.
How are you feeling?: I'm tired all the time. Nauseous at least twice per day. Nipples still sore. Could be worse, though.
Rants/Raves: I found out at Thanksgiving that my cousin is also pregnant and her due date is just one day after mine!! We are very close so I am so ridiculously excited about that!

Upcoming Appointments: 1/4/2019- hoping I can hear the heartbeat this time. At our appointment yesterday, we only got to see it flutter.
How are you feeling?: still so queasy and icky, I got diagnosed with HG and put on anti nausea medicine, it doesn't really seem to be helping but it's the first day.
Rants/Raves: counting down to 2nd tri hoping I feel more alive :-(
Questions: anyone doing a gender US at 13 weeks? I'll be 13 weeks right before New years when we're celebrating with all our family and I was thinking what better way to all find out together what the gender is.

Upcoming Appointments: 12/7 to redo a blood test. I came back positive on the antiglobulin antibody rest and they want to double check. I should probably be nervous, but for some reason I’m not.
How are you feeling?: okay! I’ve had it really easy so far, but nausea has picked up this past week and I am so mood-swingy (even more than usual, hehe). I’ve been doing a lot of snacking and drinking sparkling water (and eating all the carbs).

Rants/Raves: I feel so overwhelmed with my house and working full time and taking care of our DD. SO has been gone since Nov. 10th and probably wont be home until after Christmas. (Oil field life) we obviously need the money but it's hard that he will be gone for pretty much the entire 1st trimester.

How are you feeling?: HORRENDOUS. on top of nauseous, tired, and fairly unable to concentrate, my whole family has been passing a virus around and I have body aches, fever, and a throbbing headache. Taking Tylenol to keep the fever down but still feeling like trash the past few days. I’ve also been pretty anxious this week which is normal for me usually but last pregnancy was better. Mostly re: money...I have no paid time off so I need to save A LOT for maternity leave.

GTKY: Have you thought of anything nursery related? Nope since we are going to be squeezed into our 2br apartment for the foreseeable future. Our almost 3yo will share his room once this baby moves out of the bassinet.
ETA I got my bfp on the 18th and my EDD is July 4th...so if you got yours on the 21sr it makes total sense in my mind that your EDD would be the 7th:)
