How are you feeling?: I'd thought the nausea was improving earlier this week, but it is back in full force today.
Rants/Raves: The weather is nasty where I am today. 40 degrees and raining non-stop. We had an unusually warm October, and it seems like this month, we've skipped fall and gone straight into winter. I'm excited that Thanksgiving is so soon, though.
Questions: Not really.
GTKY: What's a phrase or song lyric you frequently misheard as a kid? I'll have to think about that one. I know there were plenty, but nothing's coming to mind. My brother had a funny one. When he was a little kid thought Birmingham was called "Bourbonham." When he was about 5, my parents put him on a plane alone to Nashville to see my dad's side of the family (this was the early 80s). The return flight was one of those Southwest flights that makes multiple stops, one of which was in Birmingham, and he kept telling the flight attendants in charge of watching him that he wasn't supposed to get off in Bourbonham. My mom was pretty mortified when they told her.

Upcoming Appointments: They just called to move my first appt/US to the week after. So now I’m supposed to have my first one on 12/13. I’m pretty pissed. I’ll almost be in the 2nd trimester then.
How are you feeling?: Besides my head cold, I’m feeling good. Eating and drinking all the water and food I see! I’m pretty tired, but not sure if that’s because of my cold or baby.
Rants/Raves: I already got some of my rant out abou the DR’s Office: see above.
rave: DD is starting to pull herself up now! She’s 9.5 months. No crawling still, but hey, I’ll take it. It means we don’t need gates yet.

the only one that comes to mind is a three days grace song. I did a school project on it and didn’t bother looking up the lyrics. I had to read the musics out loud, so years later when I found out I was wrong, I was a little embarrassed. Meh, it happens.

How are you feeling?: like poop. lol. Nausea, but luckily no vomiting. I've had a headache on and off today. Exhausted and always want to sleep and I'm forgetting everything!

How are you feeling?: queasy and not myself
Rants/Raves: As sad as I am for everyone that has lost their homes in the fire that just happened, I can't for the life of me breathe- I already have shortness of breath and adding it to the hazardous smoke that's around, it's giving me burning eyes, itchy throat and makes me worry for baby's development especially during these important weeks.
Questions: are you guys feeling weird cramping still as well?

How are you feeling?: ok. A tiny bit queasy here and there but nothing bad at all
Rants/Raves: I’ve been sick for the last week+ and im soooo sick of coughing!

How are you feeling?: I have mild menstrual like cramping. Slightly sore boobs. And some mild fatigue. I also have a cold with a horrendous cough.
Rants/Raves: as I stated above, I wish I was over this cold already. I cannot kick the cough. It has started to make my abs hurt. Also, I realize I need patience.
Questions: how are you guys passing the time before your appointment? It is killing me not knowing things are going okay. I literally have to read stuff every day to help with my anxiety.

@mamanessen, I’m right there with you on the thin patience at work. Though for me, that’s not too much of a change from pre-pregnancy.
@doodlemomma, colds are the worst. I hope you get over it soon. I haven’t had issues with congestion, but I have been sneezing nonstop this week.
@babyginjuly, the smoke out there sounds terrible. I hope it improves in your area soon.

how are you feeling: headaches almost daily and just feeling gross/tired most of the time. The idea of most food makes me want to be sick. I know last time I started feeling better at 14 weeks so I’m just hoping the sickness gets better soon!

The only one I can think of is the song cotton eyed joe, when I was a kid I thought he said “I’d have been buried a long time ago” instead of married so I remember thinking cotton eyed joe was a hero in the song lol I wish I had a better one but I can’t think of anything else!

How are you feeling?: Tired. Emotional. Tired. Sore boobs. Starting to feel meh about food. Randomly gaggy. Thrilling.
Rants/Raves: Rant: I just want to feel like myself again. I feel like I can't even get through a whole day without a nap. Rave: My S/O is being so amazing and supportive. He tucked me into bed after work yesterday and turned on my favorite show and let me get away with just folding laundry while he cleaned the house top to bottom.
Questions: Is anyone else terrified of having sex or an orgasm? I'm afraid of shaking the baby loose.

How are you feeling?: Overall really good, sometime so good that I start to worry. My biggest complains would be tiredness, slight waves of nausea, and mild heartburn. Also definitely pregnancy brain, I teach college and I've been making SO MANY mistakes when giving lectures (and my students totally catch it and call me out on it) that I feel like just telling them so they don't think I'm a moron!
Rants/Raves: Rant: See above with teaching comment, yesterday was just honestly embarrassing. I tried to laugh it off but I'm totally afraid the end of the semester reviews are going to be brutal. Rave: I normally am traveling for work most weekends but I don't have to this weekend. I still have to "work from home" most of the weekend but the keyword there is home
Questions: Anyone else announcing to parents over Thanksgiving before the first US and worried about getting bad news afterwards? I'll be grateful for the support but to make the parent announcements work (since everyone is spread out) we have to spend over 30 hours in the car throughout 4 days. I'm just afraid we will go to all this trouble and then find out the following Monday that we could have saved ourselves about 16 hours of that drive.

I've also been having mild cramping off and on as well which again is normal. I just view it as the baby growing so it makes it feel like a good thing instead of something to worry about.
@literatureandink I think with my first pregnancy, I was super scared to have sex. But now, I’m just too damn tired. Hahah! Baby will totally be fine if you want to DTD.

How are you feeling?: pretty good! Starting to get really tired but could also be because my thyroid has gone out of whack. Some days I’ve had nausea at night and stomach pain in the morning.
Rants/Raves: just stressed atm not knowing what I’m supposed to do and if all is ok. Hopefully will feel much better after appt.

Rants/Raves: My intake appointment was so pointless! I could have just filled out the forms and been done instead of sitting there listening to her talk at me. Another thing, if forced to be physically there, why fill out forms at all when they just ask you the questions anyway? *sigh*

How are you feeling?: Ok-tired, hard to find something good to eat, my stomach bugs me sometimes, gas, indigestion is a big issue. . .
Rants/Raves: I am at a work conference and the person I am rooming with might be insane. Or maybe I am losing my mind. I am ready to go home, but it is snowing, so the car ride is going to be even longer. Eek. . .
