How are your other kids doing this week? Ugh. I swear, she's been battling something for 4 weeks now. First, it was the head bonk that sent us to the ER, then the next week she got a fever, last week it was pink eye and yesterday she threw up at daycare. I need her to get it together. Quick.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? I love feeling tiny human moving every day. It's not all day, but usually at night when I lay down. No questions that I can think of.
GTKY: Are you still friends with your childhood/high school best friend? I am still friends with my girl best friend from high school. She moved to my town my senior year and we just clicked. I am no longer friends with my guy best friend. We had been friends for 12 years and had a major falling out about 6-7 years ago and haven't spoken since. It makes me sad that a friendship that long was that easy to disintegrate.
How far along are you? How big is baby? 19+2 - what!?! A mango or a hotdog. Those seem like different sizes to me.
How many kids do you already have? 3 1/2 yo twin girls.
How are your other kids doing this week? Doing really well. I mentioned in another thread that pooping on the potty has been a struggle and I'm getting so sick of it. I'm not sure how to help either. They don't even care after they've done it. Like they're happy to sit in it. Ugh.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? Anatomy scan tomorrow! I can't believe we're already this far along. It sounds awful but I'm ready to be a SAHM again even if it's just the year of mat leave. I'm really over going to work and dealing with people everyday.
GTKY: Are you still friends with your childhood/high school best friend? I was in a girls youth organization from age 11-20 and I'm still friends with a lot of them. I think also because of that group I didn't make really tight friends in high school or make strong connections there.

Not bad. Whiny. Getting a tooth. Had fun playing with the urine sample cups during my appointment today. Lol.
Rave: anatomy scan is only a month away! It feels like forever and yet this has gone by faster than DD’s did.
Rant: I’m still not ready for maternity pants (they keep falling down when I try), but my regular pants won’t button. My belly band works, but it’s still uncomfortable. I want to wear leggings all the time but I don’t like to wear them as pants unless my butt is covered and I don’t have a ton of long shirts. Basically I need a bunch of new clothes but it’s not in the budget right now.
GTKY: I am still friends with my bff from the time we were 5. We live in different cities and she’s single with no kids so we live very different lives. But we usually manage to get coffee once every 18 months or so.

Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? We had a independent gender scan last week and LO wouldn't open their legs. The tech was 100% sure it was a girl with the nub theory (which seems legit from dr google) but I just feel like I can't trust it until our anatomy scan on the 29th.

GTKY: Are you still friends with your childhood/high school best friend? Yes, actually. I had one real friend all through high school and we still keep in touch and gtg every now and then.
How many kids do you already have? 5 yo DD, 3 yo DS
How are your other kids doing this week? Missing me. I am traveling all week and I can tell on my nightly calls that DH is on his last nerve. I look forward to seeing them this weekend, but I’m not going to lie that sleeping in and having a break has been awesome! I actually look forward to short work trips.

Feeling LO daily and I love it. It still takes me by surprise every time.
GTKY: Are you still friends with your childhood/high school best friend? Does vaguely following on Facebook count?! Otherwise not really but most of my childhood friends stayed close to home and I...did not.
How many kids do you already have? 3 girls. 7,4, and 2 1/2.
How are your other kids doing this week? They’re good. Busy week of a school project and luncheon with my oldest.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? It’s been a down and the dumps week. My fiancé’s grandmother passed away Sunday. Looking forward to the weekend and doing something fun with the kiddos.

Pretty good week so far, just exhausting. DD has been extremely whiny and crying when she doesn’t want to do something or gets told no.

Why am I so exhausted. It seems like no matter how much rest or sleep I get I’m still tired all the time.

Im still good friends with my best friend from kindergarten. She was my maid of honor and is godmother to DS. She currently lives in Arizona but is moving back to Michigan this summer, yay!

Good, getting over a cold, but highly entertaining. She now brings her shoes (and mine) and her snowsuit/coat to me when she wants to go outside, then beelines to the soccer ball to practice kicking - my dad and brother get a kick out of it!

Pretty stoked that we might be about to move back into our own house. Not as stoked about the fact that DD can now get through every door in our house and we haven’t been living here to figure out baby-proofing solutions.

My 4yo son has been awful lately too with being told no. Ugh! Someone suggested maybe it's because he's anticipating the change of the baby. I don't know since it seems pretty abstract to him yet, but maybe that's why your daughter is acting out too?
