Well, I'm technically calling for my first appointment. But she was super cagey about the whole thing. Like she was like well, we can get you in for your first appt with Dr S but then she's not going to be delivering...and then Dr Y is retiring, so then you'd need to switch to the OP office... I was like uh...so...what? Then she finally admitted the office closer to me is closing. It's not really that much farther to the other office, I was just like let's just go with a doc that's gonna still be delivering from the get-go, how about?
I know it's not Monday anymore, but I need to bitch a little. I really want to get a job before this baby comes, but I literally JUST graduated and all the job opportunities available want experience. I missed the timeframe to apply for residency programs which will train me. I think there are some coming up in January, which was my initial plan, but this pregnancy was unplanned and now I'm afraid I won't be able to do what the job requires or commit to as long as required for the job. There are less strenuous jobs available, but again-- they require experience.
I am OF COURSE thrilled about this pregnancy, as we didn't think I could get pregnant, but I hate having to take such a long, unplanned break immediately following graduation.
Okay, you can just ignore this lol but I needed a little vent.
Husband needs to stop eating the food my mom made for ME! We got into a huge fight last night cuz he keeps eating my food. How disrespectful is he? My mom came and made food over the weekend for me because I can't stand eating anything else. Gahhhhh! Even when im not pregnant, I'm super picky. Can you imagine how picky I am right now?
@expandcontract my husband does that crap too! My last pregnancy I actually cried because he ate my pizza. And we fought a lot because he'd eat the last of my ice cream. I don't get it.

@mrskoz428 I found some left over Smarties in a box on our dining room table, and I was dumb enough to show him... And the bastard ate every single one. I was so mad.
@bumbly_b that is exactly why whenever we move, I make 2 toilets a priority. That, and my husband likes to take 5 hour poops and I just couldn't deal with that lol.
Mine has a game on his phone he could play for HOURS. I don't get it. I sit on the toilet more than 5 minutes and my butt hurts. I feel like there are more comfortable places to run away and hide.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one that has to wait forever with the poops. I swear that's H's favorite room!

When he was stationed in North Carolina I made sure anywhere we lived had at least another half bath. But since moving home to California that hasn't happened. I'm hoping someday to add another bathroom but we will see.
OMG what is with men and the bathroom? I’ve never known one that doesn’t spend hours in there daily. Mine says he takes forever because he likes to watch movies on his tablet in there. There are tons of way more comfortable places to watch a movie in our place so just why?
