@ericapaolini That's the generic name for Tylenol, which is what I had (though it expired last year apparently, it's from my 2013 pregnancy). That and coffee did the trick on Sunday! Generally Tylenol world only temporarily for me, while ibuprofen eliminates a headache and keeps it away.
