high blood pressure anyone?

Has anyone had high blood pressure or preeclampsia their previous pregnancy? My blood pressure was fine both pregnancy’s till the end when it kinda sky rocketed and I had to deliver early. So this time around my doc put me on a low dose aspirin regimen till I deliver. It suppose to help prevent high blood from happen and also help with preeclampsia as well. Has anyone had experienced this? Taking aspirin, side effects liked or not like etc?
