Questions for experienced mamas

Hey everyone! I have a couple questions for you ladies who have "been there, done that" with this whole pregnancy thing....

1. I have my first doctors appointment this Thursday. I recently switched my OB/GYN due to a change in my insurance. I have only seen her once for my annual checkup, before I was pregnant. She was nice, I guess. I didn't LOVE her. And I've heard some negative stories about her, but of course also some very positive stories. With that being said, I'm not 100% sold on her. I think you can interview different OB/GYNs am I right? Should I have done that BEFORE my first appointment? Can I switch doctors AFTER that appointment? How do I go about doing this? Just call an office and ask if we can sit down and meet with a doctor? I am under an HMO so I have to stay within the same network, but I have a huge variety of doctors to choose from within that network.

2. What would you ask these doctors? What was most important to you throughout your pregnancy and delivery? What maybe are some things to ask that a newbie like myself wouldn't think to ask? Right now I can't think of anything that would sway my opinion. I'm thinking it will just be a vibe that I get?

3. I am having crazy food aversions. I don't want to eat ANYTHING. The things I do force down I want to throw back up immediately (I don't because I hate to throw up.). These things that I eat are definitely not healthy (like McDonalds, donuts, taco cheese dip...) and I hate that I am not being healthy for myself or my baby especially since this wasn't my diet pre-pregnancy. Not quite sure what to ask here, but any advice?

Thanks ladies!
