Due date/W+D: Fertility friend says my due date is 5/15 (4+4 today), but I'm 99% sure the OB will push EDD earlier and I'll be in this group! Plus my EDD based on LMP is 5/12 and I'm not sure I agree with FF on the day I O'd.

Any appointments? Questions?: I'll have a pregnancy confirmation/growth scan on 9/18. Hoping to see a uterine pregnancy growing on time!
Rants/Raves?: Rave: DH and I decided to upgrade our bed from queen to cal king this past cycle and I'm SO glad we did it now. Such good timing! We did not have enough room in the queen bed during third tri with DD and I'm so glad we put it together a few weeks ago while I could still do heavy lifting/moving of furniture.
How are you feeling?: I don't really have many symptoms. I had a bout of pregnancy rage today. I have been having some light cramping on and off, which I also had very early with DD so I'm trying to tell myself that it's normal and not worry too much. But it's hard not to worry. No sore boobs, no nausea, not overly tired. Maybe I have a touch of insomnia.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why? I love all the gameshows! I think it would be fun to be on Password, Match Game, or Family Feud. I watched all the classic gameshows on GSN growing up, and all of those shows seem like they'd be super fun. I really like Match Game, the celebrities are so funny. I think Alec Baldwin does a good job hosting now. I'm not good enough at puzzles for Wheel of Fortune, unless DH and I could be a team!

Rants/Raves?: I already have insomnia hence my 4am bumping
How are you feeling?: pretty good for the most part just stressing over how far away May feels.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why? I love game shows too I don’t know if I can pick between the showcase and the big deal haha. I agree with Alec Baldwin I think he’s pretty funny on the match game.

Any appointments? Questions?: My 8 week appointment is 9/24. I’ll actually be 7w3d but my DH wants to come and he’s always done early on Monday’s.
Rants/Raves?: Rave: I finally get to go back to work today. We cancelled 3 out of 4 days of school last week due to some serious issues with busing (we had kiddos on the bus after school for over 3 hours the first day) so they cancelled to fix those issues. Excited to get in my classroom and have a normal start to the school year finally!
How are you feeling?: The fatigue is super crazy right now! I sleep all night and have been napping most days. It should be interesting to see how I make it through a school day! Also, the morning sickness is basically non-stop! Peppermint gum has been my best friend but I’m going to have a very sore jaw by the end of this trimester (hopefully it only sticks around for that long!)
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why? I love the old GSN game shows, so I’d love to be on the new Match Game! @troystory17 We could compete together! Lol!

How are you feeling?: Still pretty normal. Tired, a few random cramps, and getting winded easily, but nothing too bad yet.
GTKY - if you could be on a game show which would it be and why?: I’d like to be on QI. The guests always look like they are having so much fun. Tbh, though, I think I’d rather be in the audience, watching. I do terrible under pressure, lol.
@poshspice A California King sounds heavenly! We upgraded to a king when we bought our house and it was the best decision ever. Especially since our dog now feels like he has enough space to sleep between us.

Any appointments? Questions?: I have my first appointment on the 24th with a nurse, then ultrasound October 3rd. Hoping this next month passes quickly. Last pregnancy I barely had any symptoms 1st tri and it was worrisome. Symptoms definitely don't mean healthy pregnancy, but it was hard to not wonder if something was wrong.
Rants/Raves?: Rave: Had such a fun weekend taking DD to the farm! They had a petting zoo and a mini hay barrel maze. It was so cute watching her wander around and take everything in. Rant: It's Monday...and it's cold. I'm a hypocrite and was wishing for cooler weather, and now that it's here I take it all back.
How are you feeling?: See above. Not many symptoms at the moment, but it's still early. Definitely getting up to pee more and have had a few very slight waves of nausea.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why? I used to watch Deal or No Deal. Anyone else? I could totally stand there and pick out briefcases while an audience claps. I also watch Jeopardy a lot. Definitely could NOT go on that show, but I do get super excited when I get some questions right. Random story - one time, my grandpa taped a whole episode and memorized the answers, then played it for us pretending it was live. I was AMAZED and thought he was a serious genius
He had a lot of time on his hands.

Any appointments? Questions?: My first u/s is scheduled for the 26th, and I'm just patiently waiting. I wish they would have scheduled a 6 week u/s just to check on things, but if they weren't able to catch the hb yet, my PGAL brain would be going crazy, so it's probably for the best.
Rants/Raves?: I am feeling so exhausted today. I don't even want to lift my arms or walk around. It's pathetic lol.
How are you feeling?: Pretty well, for the most part. Morning sickness hasn't kicked in yet (I think it was about 6 weeks w/DD), and I'm just tired and sore boobs. I can deal. I'm nervous, but pretty at peace with things. I feel generally optimistic about this pregnancy.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why? Family Feud! I love Steve Harvey. I'm not quick on my feet though, so I hope I wouldn't take down my team lol.
@poshspice congrats on the bigger bed! That's a big win. I'm really crossing my fingers that we will have one someday.

Any appointments? Questions?: ultrasound is scheduled for the 21st. There's been a bit of bleeding and we tried to get it moved up or get a bit more bloodwork but the clinic said bloodwork won't tell us anything and they won't be able to see anything on the ultrasound until then which is frustrating. Hoping everything is still going well
rants/raves? I hate having to leave the house when it rains! I don't mind it when I can curl up on the couch with a warm blanket and tea but I hate actually going outside when it's raining. I just had to walk my nephews to school and my clothes are still soaked and my hair is a disaster!
How are you feeling? I know I posted this in the intros but I'll just mention again that we are using a surrogate (my sister) so I won't be feeling any of the physical symptoms of pregnancy unfortunately, mentally I'm a mess though! Just a big ball of stress lol. I know my sister is great and there's nobody else I would trust more to do this for us but it's hard that there's really nothing I can do at all right now. I've been trying to help her out with her kids, cooking and some cleaning but I feel very useless at the moment
GTKY- if you could be on a game show which one would it be and why? Jeopardy or wheel of fortune, those are really the only two I've ever watched. I would be awful at both and definitely would not win but it would still be fun!

Any appointments? Questions?: I just called and scheduled my first appointment for October 3rd. I hated the Ob I had with my son and the soonest one another had was then. I'll take my chances and wait that long to not deal with that other woman again.
Rants/Raves?: DH isn't happy. I really thought he would be. But hes not at all and says he doesn't want a 3rd child. Kind of too late for that.
How are you feeling?: I feel fine. Maybe a little tired. I'd say no real symptoms other than some light cramping the last few days.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why? I don't really know of many games shows on tv. I haven't had cable in 5 years. Maybe minute to win it? Is that still on?

Rants/Raves?: Dh says he's excited but I think the poor guy is in shock. We've been trying for so long without any happy results that I think he had given up.
How are you feeling?: Not as awful as I expected. Some nausea and heavy feeling. Boobs are mellowing out a bit.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why? Cash cab. Looks like fun and I've guessed a lot of the questions when it's on in the break room.

Any appointments? Questions?: nothing scheduled yet. On my to do list, trying to figure out who can watch my boys so I don’t have to take them to my appt. But also trying to not spill the beans on why I need a sitter.
Rants/Raves?: My hubby is upset with me bc I haven’t been wanting to be as active in the bedroom. Last week was my DS1 first week of 4K and I had a lot going on. Mentally, I just wasn’t there...he doesn’t get it though bc he can turn the switch on and be ready anytime. Ugh.
How are you feeling?: Pretty normal. Sore boobs and starting to notice that if I don’t keep food in my stomach I get shaky.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why? Maybe whose line is it anyway? But just as an audience member. Idk, I’m not very good at thinking fast on my feet, ha ha.

Rants/Raves?: Work is so busy right now!!
How are you feeling?: same old with a little cramping and boob soreness, but now I feel the quease on the horizon. Last pregnancy with DD I was hit with my first dry heave right around the 6 week mark.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why? I love watching Wheel and Jeopardy. I want to be brave and say Jeopardy but some episodes I get a ton of right answers and sometimes I get like, 2. If I was a contestant I would probably be on the show where I get 2. Wheel is maybe a little safer!

@rfurf Sorry to hear about the bleeding. Spotting is totally normal during the first trimester, so fingers crossed that's all it is. That's nice of you to try and help your sister out - I bet she really appreciates that!

Any appointments? Questions?: Not until October 11th. I had the option to do an inital consult around 6 weeks, then come back around 9-10 weeks for a real appointment or just come to one appointment around 9 weeks. I am just going to the one appointment.
Rants/Raves?: Nothing at the moment.
How are you feeling?: Overall, not terrible. I have terrible insomnia and some stomach cramping but mostly good. I don't think the morning sickness will kick in until next week unless I get "lucky" this time.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why?- Probably Price is Right. That was always my favorite.

Any appointments? Questions?: I have a "Meet the Midwives" appointment on Wednesday which I'm pretty excited about. It's a group appointment, so I'm looking forward to meeting not just the midwives but also some other mamas to be!
Rants/Raves?: I'm going to a wedding next weekend, which I'm looking forward too, but also really worried about how I'll be feeling. Also, I don't want to have to stay out past my new bedtime of 8:30!
How are you feeling?: So. Tired. Like, too tired to read all your posts in this thread, although I really want to! I will try again later. Also my boobs are crazy sore, and I feel like the nausea is going to strike soon. Was very dizzy last night, and felt a little sick yesterday morning, but nothing I would really call proper nausea yet.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why? I don't think it's still on the air, but I always thought if I could be on a game show it would be Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. I like trivia, but time limits stress me out! I want time to think! Which is why I don't think I'd be good a Jeopardy. Who Wants to Be a Millionaire lets you sit and think for as long as you want with no ticking clock or other contestants!

@GeorgiaGirl1230 thanks! The big bed was a multi-year battle. I whined about it long enough and found a good sale lol.
@mrskoz428 the cal king is actually narrower than a king, but it's 4 inches longer.
@rfurf sorry to hear about the bleeding. I hope everything is alright! I'm not really having many physical symptoms - it's mostly an emotional/mental thing for me right now. There's so much more to having and getting ready for a baby than physical symptoms! There will be lots of conversations you will want to participate in over the next 8 months.
@psychobutthead your screen name is hilarious. A cal king is actually a few inches narrower than a King, but 4 inches longer. My DH is 6'2 and those extra 4 inches make a big difference for him. I'm sorry YH isn't getting on board. Were you NTNP? I hope he comes around soon.
@bumbly_b I forgot about cash cab! I loved that show and it would be so fun to be on it!
My DH is only 5'8 so im think still good with our king. We got the King because my son likes to claim the middle as his own.
And I have always loved my s/n. I pretty much use it for everything lol.

Any appointments? Questions?: *tw* I've had two losses in the past year, so I'm being monitored pretty closely.** I've have betas drawn three times already and everything looked good so far. 94.6 @ 13DPO, 991 @ 18DPO, and 10,082 today @ 23DPO. -on the "high" side of normal according to my Dr.
I've had a little spotting which really messed with my head and I'm feeling sore/mildly cramp-y. Hoping it's all "normal"

Rants/Raves?: I don't tend to rant or rave over much. Laid back kinda girl. Watched Ms America last night. Ms New York was so beautiful and talented she'll make a great Ms America, I believe.
How are you feeling?: mild cramping on and off, hot flashes, mild nausea at times.
Try No not to be anxious and just be thankful for each day I'm pregnant.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why?
Definitely Family Fued. I love Steve Harvey so much. I also like to watch cash cab, but I have a feeling I'd be HORRIBLE at it. My brain just doesn't retain useless knowledge very well.

Any appointments? Questions?: Our first appointment is 9/21, but that is just a “confirmation” appointment. I just really want our first ultrasound to be here.
Rants/Raves?: my only rant right now is that my doctor does a confirmation appointment before any other appointment lol
How are you feeling?: I feel good so far, just a lot of bloating and super gassy. I’ve been getting headaches the past couple of days so I’m just trying to remember to drink a ton of water. Ive noticed mid-day I’ve been getting sleepy too. Mentally I’ve just been super anxious. We’ve had 2 losses this year, so I’m trying to remember that this is a different pregnancy, and the outcome won’t be the same.
GTKY - If you could be on a gameshow, which one would it be and why? Family Fued definitely. It is so fun to watch, I think it would blast to be on it. My close second is the Price is Right. That looks like too much fun too, and who doesn’t want to try to win some money!
