Bump problems

I have been so annoyed. I have been unable to "love" anything, post anything, reply to anything for what feels like forever now. When I click "reply" it takes me back to the home screen of the bump. Does anybody have any experience with this? I for some reason am able to post right now on mobile, but that wasn't working either (I tried that and my computer multiple times. iPad browser too...) I'm so frustrated! I'm glad to see you guys are all well though!

    I have issues here and there but I just force stop the app and it resolves itself.  I think some users use the website instead of the app on their phones. Sometimes I wonder if it's an apple products vs galaxy issue.

    Ive had issues here and there but they don’t seem to be always! It is very frustrating though when it happens.

    I’ve been having issues with being unable to love things on and off for months now. Sometimes it works smoothly for a while and then all of a sudden it’ll stop me from doing it again. It is really frustrating!

    Oh I forgot this part.  The main thing I have problems with is seeing if someone tagged me!  I just have to happen across it.

    @LCRbelle I don’t think I’ve ever been notified if I’m tagged. So annoying. Sorry if I miss something that anyone said to me.

    @mrsmang - You only get notified on mobile if you happen to be on the app while someone tags you.  All notifications show up on desktop

    It's hit or miss for me, too. Lately my posts post before I finish them. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Maybe that will help?

I'm sorry you're struggling too guys, but I'm glad to not be alone in it lol I cannot love anything, nor tag anyone. I have to type their whole name out and just hit post and hope it's right.

    When I have issues with being unable to reply, post, love, quote, etc. I have always been  able to resolve it by logging off and logging back on again. If you haven’t tried that, I’d say give it a go.

    I still cannot love it, quote, or anything on the bump. I am having serious problems and nothing has resolved. It's so frustrating. I can't even tag anyone anymore. GRRR

    I’m exclusively on the app, and I for sure have issues! Like really crazy autocorrect, randomly not being able to post an image, emojis making my whole comment disappear, issues tagging people, zero notifications, and sometimes it just says “error” and won’t let me actually reply to anything. :eye roll:

    I am on both--I've done the app and the desktop and I have the same issues. I am so upset about it it's frustrating. It's been going on forever and nothing that tech support people has suggested has fixed it. I feel like I can't participate like I want to.

    @oaklandava I’ve definitely been having the same issues. Last week there were some new extra issues, like a server error and not being able to upload pics, but generally bumping on my mobile devices is horrible. And I agree, it’s been months and the tech folks have been useless. I’m pretty sure they just ignore my emails now.

    YES! I can't even tag you. It won't let me. So like, it's the most frustrating thing because you can't interact and all with the people in the BMB and it's making it not fun to even log on because it's just more frustration. :(

    I’m only on the app and I was having issues the other day, even when I logged out and in again. I hit the reply button on a thread and the app had me log in and it fixed everything.

    Ugh, I wish mine would like magic reset and everything would be fine. It's been like this since July. I am about to just stop coming on here which I don't want to do, but it is so frustrating!

    When I access it on mobile, I don’t use the app. I get on via safari on my iPhone. It seems to work better than the app.

    The bump app has been a royal PITA since I first used it 3 years ago while pregnant with my first. I figured the issues I’d had would have been resolved by now, but they haven’t at all. My favorite is being randomly logged out of the bump, or trying to go back to the list of posts and instead leaving the community page altogether.

    Bingo! I have Cox too and have been having this issue since the summer! The Bump IT folks have been zero help with getting it solved and now I know why.
