Pregnancy rhinitis

Who is here struggling with this condition?! I need to know how to survive my day and how to sleep with a blocked nose?! Please let me know if you have any advise.

    I have been using breathe right strips and they help a lot. So does vicks vapo rub. And I just blow my nose a lot.
