@dapoint23@kangstadt Add another for the shortness of breath. I am doing Jillian Michael's Body Shred program again and I finished the push day yesterday and basically felt like I wanted to die afterward. Everything just felt doubly as hard as it used to. I hope it passes soon!

@kaleesi93 The program is LIIFT4. It’s one of the Beachbody workouts (I’m *not* a coach). I had a lot of success with a previous workout and wanted to keep going. I’ve always wanted to regularly practice yoga, but haven’t found my jam.

@edotf104 Let me know how you make out keeping up with LIIFT. I started it before I got preggers and then switched back to Jillian Michaels, but I want to get back to it. I really enjoyed the first few weeks of workouts.

Dh and i plan to go to the park with the nice walking trail tomorrow and hopefully more regularly. I would love to be able to pull my self out of bed early enough in the morning to take DD out there to ride her bike but i'm super uncomfortable going without DH. And since he works till midnight he's not about to get up at 6:30 and go exercise with me. I really need to figure out some sort of exercise this time around. Especially if i end up with GD again.
I did make some freezer prep breakfast burritos a couple days ago and they have been a life saver, much better then skipping a meal or whatever i could pick up along the way to work. I actually think i'm going to make some that aren't breakfast so i have them as a snack when i get home. It's got to be healthier then chips and cookies.

I went on a 1.6 mile run pushing my 3yo in the jogging stroller this morning. Definitely slower than usual, and had to walk for half a block in the middle to catch my breath. But I’m still super happy that I got out and did it. I’m having a harder time keeping my 3x a week routine since my sleep has been so poor. Fingers crossed I can keep my habit.
@socks2819 Will do! I just started week 5 last night. I had to modify a few of the HIIT moves because of shortness of breath, otherwise so far so good (fingers crossed).

I'm just going to aim on walking and not eating like complete crap (please see my post in another thread about craving pizza last night). I'm hoping this nausea goes away in a few weeks because we tend to eat fairly well.
@kangstadt Definitely look up The Bloom Method, they're on Instagram too, also Hannah Bower (hannahbower2) because she just released an epic core guide for DR that's pregnancy encouraged and safe, she's a Bloom instructor as well, even though she's not a part of their studio, also check out the Dia Method/Every Mother (every_mother) on IG, they are similar to Bloom in some aspects, I haven't signed up for them yet because I want to wait to spend money until my Knocked Up fitness program ends. I honestly would only recommend knocked up fitness if you are looking for extremely gentle, I didn't even sweat doing their toughest flow so it's not really for me, and I haven't learned anything new either but for a newbie who wants more of a stretch and relaxation program I think it would be good
I’ve fallen off the wagon hard, I haven’t done yoga since last weekend and I doubt I’ll get to do it before my trip to visit family Friday through Tuesday. I’m still walking the dog with my 2 year old in tow in the stroller for about 30 minutes a day, so that’s something I guess. Exhaustion sucks.
I've also fallen off the wagon pretty hard. This week has escaped me fitness wise. I'm going to set a somewhat easier goal this week by committing to drinking the recommended amount of water. It's still going to be a challenge because I'm not near that 8-10 glasses yet but its a small step to hopefully feeling better. Next week we'll throw in the more walks with DD and DH.
I don't have a normal exercise routine, but I started yoga last pregnancy and loved it, so I'll probably try to pick that up again. I loved the prenatal yoga community I found.
We're also going to start Whole30 on Tuesday. I'm hoping I can manage it, I really want to see if it helps me feel less tired and bloated, I've had friends that have felt much better while doing it when pregnant. If it doesn't seem to be working out, then I won't be too upset with myself, but I'm excited to give it a try and at least start eating healthier meals again. My DH is doing it with me, and I'm even more excited for him to have to stop drinking in front of me, lol!
I made it to 3 6am bootcamp sessions this week before my exhaustion caught up to me. I’ve been experiencing shortness of breath too but not during workouts. More like regular activities such as laundry and walking up stairs. But I think it may be partially do to my anxiety/panic attacks. I do notice it’s much better when I do get a workout in. I think I was 60/40 on healthy eating this week, so not terrible but not the best. I’ve been drinking 90-100oz of water daily but still feel super thirsty at night which equals more peeing
I'm always thirsty and craving ice water so that's been really nice drinking 4+ water bottles a day and not having to remind myself to get enough water.. the peeing though
I've been trying to drink more water, and my diet/exercise was good until Friday hit. The only thing that sounds good through the nausea right now are white carbs. *sigh*
And same as you ladies, @baya5 And @kaleesi93... middle of the night peeing ftw? I don't remember it starting this early last time but geesh. Every night around 3am like clockwork.
@kangstadt I can relate to the peeing in the middle of the night!
Idk about you ladies but I have been STARVING. It makes it hard to stay eating healthy. I'm trying to fill up on fiber and protein. For lunch I ate a whole can of black beans with a whole avocado
I feel you all on the intense thirst! I drink about 100 oz of water a day (before I got pregnant as well) but it doesn't seem to be enough! And of course, I wake up to pee in the middle of the night now. So it begins!
@booksandlace I totally hear you on being starving. All I can think about is food, even after I've just eaten!
@booksandlace: I'm channeling my PGAL fears into exercise, too!
I'm super annoyed right now because I started the 30 day shred 9 days before my BFP and I'm pretty sure it doesn't count as "something my body is used to" yet. :P
So it's back to arm exercises, squats, and jogging on days when it's less than 103 for me!
