How do you know if you're a contributing member?
1. Ask your heart if you have contributed positively here.
2. Do these people know you? Will they be happy about your pregnancy?
3. Have you offered support to others or have you just blasted your own info out there?
4. Really, if you're a 1/1 or a 2/2, maybe just move on. Even if you have participated daily for one month and offered tons of support. Sometimes the silence is kindest. Those of us who lurk BMBs will see your intro and PM/comment/love tit.
5. Again, take a moment and step away from your excitement and ask your heart if posting would be potentially hurtful.

How many months/cycles had you been TTGP? 16cycles-4 IUIs-& 1 MC.
What did your chart look like? I did not temp temp this cycle. Based on O sx, I O’d later Than trigger shot should have allowed. It all worked out, though!
What were you doing TGKU? Seeing an RE since Dec 2017. 4 IUIs w/ injectables, LP progesterone, all the herbal teas, homeopathic meds this cycle
, half-assed charting, PNVs, lots of noodles, spiking MH’s foods with maca/flax/chia, green tea, began exercising regularly & cleaning up my nutrition, and had a Hysteroscopy/laparoscopy in June 2018 that removed a partial septum, adenomyosis, endometriosis, tubal cysts, & polyps. Glassware, ubiqunol, DHEA (per RE), BPA/phalate-free body products. H began a healthier lifestyle including an exercise routine, took a better multi-v, & lost 40lbs. Also used high dose prednisone this cycle
How was your timing? Nailed it! Attempted -3iui, IUI day, & IUI+1. Successful -2iui & then had IUI.
What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)? Last weekend my water suddenly tasted metallic. All 4 bottles I tried. MH tasted it & said it was fine. At the beginning of the week, I had ladybit lightening. I had that the cycle of my BFP in March. Otherwise, pretty much typical PMS symptoms. Exactly the same other than slightly less hungry.
How are you going to/did you tell your partner?
I ended up texting him a picture of the first test. I had a “For this child we have prayed”T-shirt bought from our first IUI cycle. At this point, we’re still cautiously optimistic but still nervous.
Anything else to add? Recently, as I said in IF thread, I feared the guilt of graduating. It’s a balance of the sadness of IF/PL & happiness/hopefulness. I am reminding myself opposite & conflicting feelings can absolutely coexist. That doesn’t decrease the validity of either. I’m sad to be moving forward from a group of women whom have been so supportive & accepting. I wish it was all of us. I wish I had better words to say.
