My husband and I are not trying, we use the pull out method (not smart, I realize) and I've been off BC for a year. That all said, I'm not looking to have a third child, but we would both be happy if it accidentally happened.
So, here's my question. I'm 8DPO. I took a pregnancy test this morning, because I've been especially tired lately and I also have a bucket of the cheap tests, so I figure why not pee on things? The first Wondfo I used didn't reveal like normal. You know how you dip and the color starts washing over the strip almost immediately? This one, I dipped and it stopped before it ever started to go over the test strip. I figured it was a bum test, so I immediately took another test, before the first one finished processing. While the second one was processing, the first one kicked into gear and revealed a BFP. (This all happened within the 5 minute timeframe.) The line was not a squinter, but a full on bright pink line. I took a picture at 10 minutes (attached), because it didn't occur to me to do that earlier and by that time, the line had already started fading, but you can still see it faintly. Before I left for work (45 minutes later) the line was completely gone.
Anyone have any experience? Is this an evap? I don't think I've ever had one before, so I don't know what's normal. I also know it's early, so maybe that's the issue?
If you had it happen, did you end up being pregnant?

Re: Evap line? BFP?
1) it's not safe to use your email as you screen name. Please change it for your own safety.
2) how do you know you're 8dpo if you only use the pull out method?
3) It's against the rules to ask if you're pregnant AND post pics of hpt's outside the appropriate thread that is literally the first post on this board.
Take another test, read it within the appropriate time frame. Maybe even spring for a digital test.
