I would never say or imply quit freaking posting. I have never been one to say anything like what you’re thinking. I’ve been around TB for a long time. Not the longest but if you look at my history, you could clearly see that.

@BostonBaby1 I have been around on bump for a long time but don’t know the acronyms and never learned them bc there are too many. What does that mean you’re quoting me for posterity? I’m a nurse and have enough acronyms to remember with that.

@Brieb33 people usually will QFP if someone has posted something that is obviously about to get a lot of negative feedback and they want others that participate in the board to be able to follow along with the conversation even if the OP (original poster) comes back and deletes the controversial post (dirty delete).

@Brieb33 QFP is generally considered common courtesy around here. If you really read these forums as much as you claim, it seems like it’d actually be difficult not to pick up on at least a little of the culture.
Either way, I think that if you tried participating in any of the weekly or monthly threads, you would find these ladies can be very supportive. I know you say you don’t think any apply to you and not everything will apply to everyone, but there are a Iot that do. Some may seem silly from an information gathering perspective, but they’re good for building a community. I don’t comment on the what I’m eating thread because I think anyone cares that I’m eating a ton of ice cream, but because it’s a good way to get to know the other people here.

Just wanted to stop by and say I love you @klj0228 @BusinessWife and @BostonBaby1.

I get really frustrated when someone says they want to be part of a group, but it's hard to fit in, and then follow that up with "everyone's mean" and "I didn't want to take the time to learn about your abbreviations." It's like a dialect/language thing, and if I don't want to learn a group's language, I accept that I won't be a part of it.

Not every space has the same language or social cues and practices, but when you choose a group to join you gotta learn them or you you ever truly be a part of it.

I can want to ask a group who does woodworking a question all I want, but if I don't bother to learn their jargon, or how to even approach or present my situation and ask who might be able to help-it's not going to work.

Guys, remember at like 8 weeks when OP posted on hdbd having not yet participated in any other threads and wanted to just show off her abs, and I jokingly commented that I can't wait for those people who only participate in hdbd, and she got all "this post must be about me, sorry I'm too busy!" It's who she is, and arguing with her isn't going to change it. The last two threads about her and her problems, and the refusal here to focus on the positive responses highlight this even further. There's one common denominator of problems here.

And total eye roll to this. Everywhere I buy my DDs clothes also have boy clothes. There's no special magic, your kid will hate tights and bows, and dresses are effin expensive and impractical until they're walking. Have you tried crawling in a dress??

Also, big fat LOL to business wife wanting to start drama.

I think what I have picked up from all of you, is I’m not welcome here. And that’s sad that this isn’t a place where everyone can feel welcome. Y’all are mean women and like drama. And quite honestly, @BusinessWife you’re right, I don’t know you, and I don’t want to know you, bc the little bit I see here tells me you’re a little person who likes to cause big drama and I’m not friends with people like that.

Wow.....I really did not open this app up just now expecting all this. Sooooo, I do not post a ton.....I dont throw a ton of love tits.....but that is just how I roll. I do however read a bunch of these threads and know a lot about these ladies and do hope the best for them and feel bad when they are feeling rough. When I have posted, I don't really get responses and sometimes don't get a lot of love tits, if any. And you know what? I don't care. When I HAVE posted a genuine concern....I did get response and support...and that is what it is about. I guess my point is, after all this rambling (sorry, I blame it on no lunch yet haha), I would not consider myself in a clique....and yes some of these women are very active and participate a ton, but I would never call them mean girls or any of the sort because they have never treated me in an ill manner and I am not a daily poster. Never have I felt offended by them or that they only care about themselves because they post more than I do. I feel if I have a legit problem, they would support me, buuutttt I also don't strictly post "all about me"....I try to be group friendly....because that is what we are....a group of women essentially in the same stage of bringing a new life into the world and need to dupport each other. @Brieb33 if you want to feel welcome.....try to think about your posting and where you should post before doing it. All you have to do is "jump in" on a subject with your experience or support.....and so what if no one responds? I guarantee your response was read and found helpful by someone.

NOW...honestly....cute girl clothes....I have always hit up Childrens Place when they have a good sale. I find then affordable and Carters also has cute things with good sales. I will say the whole frills and bows and tights did not last long with my daughter and I began opting for comfort and ease within a coiple of months haha....but that was just me....I am not really a girly girl myself.

Clearly there are different levels / amounts of participation that are all welcome and encouraged and supported here.

And then there's other types of, "contributions," that are generally frowned upon. It's not rocket science. I do think quality goes a long way over quantity. ;)

Yah sweetie @jaylii that’s the funny part. I have my degree, and I’m sure I could make more than you, but I chose to stay home and raise my kids WHILE keeping my nursing license. That’s pretty cool, huh? I’ve saved peoples lives and created life, what do you do?

Well, we're infertile and I took a day-job just to cover our multiple retrievals and FETs. Also, I gained a stupid amount of weight while waiting for my womb to be graced with the gift of life. You've made some really valid points, OP. I guess I suck as a human being.
