It's against the rules to ask if you're pregnant. You could get ten people on here saying "sure" and that doesn't change whether or not you are. Take a pregnancy test. You're still early, so if it's negative, wait a few days and test again. That's the only way to be sure.
Fwiw, the months I had "symptoms," including "implantation bleeding," with my first, I wasn't pregnant. The month I did get pregnant, no symptoms until a couple weeks after I tested. The only reliable way to tell is a pregnancy test/ultrasound/blood work. "Symptom spotting" is a real thing, and symptoms alone do not mean anything.
