Oh no @knitknitread ! I was craving tomatoes last night and decided to live on the edge, basically having nothing but timato soup for dinner. :# that's crazy that just the tomatoes IN the lentils were enough to make you so sick. :/
@EErin86. Uhm, gross. Why is he sharing that information with the world?????
@knitknitread Ughhh IKWYM. Tomatoes are a no-go for me right now. Our family was over last night and we ordered takeout and the Greek salad was just NOT the same with no tomatoes!

@BusinessWife I don't know!!! He's so weird!!! I could give you a different story every week about this guy. I don't wish him ill will but I prefer he didn't talk to me, he really likes the two guys that sit by me and he will talk to me if they aren't there. Last time he asked me for a leaf blower recommendation and I told him to use a rake... Honestly I'm not sure why he still asks me things
MM/TW: Medical billz. I got a bill for $880 yesterday from the radiology place where I had ultrasounds (external and transvaginal) when I was experiencing spotting at 8 weeks. I have already paid this same place $360. WTF. I also found out I can't use my contact lens benefit until the end of October and have to pay OOP for my contact lens supply until then. Boooo.
One expense I'm fine with=getting my hair done tonight

@stothi yes!! I have taken to drinking prune juice every day and it still does very little to help get things moving. Also, I am tired of hearing are you drinking enough fluids and exercising that will help. Yes, I am and that has done nothing!
people at work are driving me crazy. I tell you what a client wants/needs and yet you ask me no less than 100 times in a 30 minute call if I know what they want/need.
I am a retail manager, I have 3 peer managers. One of them is new and is rocking the boat seriously. He doesn't care about our people and when I said to him "they are people first" be just replied "Not at work". W T F ? ! He also mansplains things to me, ALL OF THE DAMN TIME. I know what a P&L is, I know what a labor budget is, I understand how a store becomes f*8734cking profitable. I've been a retail manager for over a decade.
Secondly, I just want to be done buying the things we need to bring baby home. We need to buy a freaking dresser but my husband refuses to go look because he doesn't want to spend money. uggggggggggh we can't just keep the clothes in a laundry basket! I mean, we CAN but we can't.
And I agree @stothi pooping problems are the worst.
I had the worst heartburn last night from one of my favorite pregnancy go to's... PIZZA!!!!! I'm sad about this, it was my happy place food! @knitknitread I was right there struggling with ya last night! wah... never again this pregnancy will I try my beloved cheat meal.

I ate rice and salsa chicken for lunch and It feels like my esophagus is completely eroding. I have Crohn’s disease, so not unexpected, but I was having such a relatively smooth run in the GI department for the past couple of months. It was good while it lasted I guess!
@knitknitread YES girl fuck tomatoes. The heartburn is horrible.
@southernlady07 Medical bills suck! I'm having an issue of getting a charge knocked off from an ER visit back in March due to my blood sugar. I had the influenza test done, after I declined it because my symptoms were not of that nature when I went in there. But the nurse decided to stick that damn swab up my nose when I was half asleep from benadryl after both my husband & I told her no. She didn't tell my husband what she was doing when she did that either. So I got charged $449 for a test that I declined but still had done. To top top it all off, my husband called the billing office they said they couldn't do anything and hung up. I called twice in the past week and have yet to receive a call back. My insurance said the only thing I could do was to call the office so they could submit a corrective claim. Kind of hard when they won't answer let alone hang up on you. UGH, I could owe less than $400 without that charge but owe $845 instead
I'm over work. The HR lady basically told me I didn't matter when I asked about filling out any paperwork stating when I was taking my leave (because I wanted to be responsible and let them know what my plan was.) She said that she would notice after I stopped clocking out after 2 weeks. Like really? I work my butt off all day, outside in the heat while doing things she has said she would refuse or couldn't do... while 30 weeks pregnant and I don't matter!! Most of the people I work with are men and they have been amazed that I'm still working and doing stuff let alone in this heat. I'm going to be 9 months on August 7th & that's when I plan to take leave (if I don't leave before then..) because my husband nor I don't want there to be a chance I go into labor while at work.. I had to argue with her about how I was actually 30 weeks pregnant (I guess I'm small for being that far along) & that I would be 9 months on August 7th. She told me "You are not going to be 9 months by then, are you? You should be fine working past that. It will be hot and miserable but I was fine up till 9 months with both of my kids." I replied with "Well you work inside with AC sitting at a desk (NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE WHO WORKS INSIDE OR AT A DESK THIS LADY DOESN'T DO HER JOB RIGHT HALF THE TIME AND IS LAZY AS HELL.) while I'm outside in the heat, bending over, lifting potted plants or containers with soil in them (about 10 pounds a piece), planting out in the field on a tractor, trimming plants in the houses while also maintaining the greenhouse when it's over 90 degrees in there right now. Yeah, I'm taking my leave when I'm 9 months. I will give you this paper that is apparently pointless on Wednesday. Good day." I was so pissed after walking out of her office on Monday. Thank god I had today off due to my ultrasound.
Re: Monday moans/TWATWAFFLE Tuesday 6/25
I made some lentils last night and the recipe called for tomatoes. I had been avoiding tomato products for weeks but damn I wanted these lentils.
Guess who spent last night trying not to vomit because of heartburn?

Ugh! $265 lab bill for a drug test and STD testing when I was first pregnant that my insurance won't pay for and my OB/GYN group requires.
