  • Hell no. I’m a miserable bitch third tri.
  • @madreofdragons I’m with you on fhe buddle guts but part of me thinks its my prenatal vitamin.  I’ve heard most have a stool softener.

My boobs are incresingly more sore/ sensitive & nipples are always hard (didn’t expect that).
No morning sickness, but moments of neasea related to strong smells. I’m also hardly hungry, but very thirsty for water.
I had minor cramps last week when I was sitting but they went away.
I saw a little pink spotting after sex on Saturday but it went away within an hour.
    I’m also Very emotional.

@grebretso - I already fell asleep since getting home from work.

As for digestive stuff - I have the opposite problem and should actually add some colace.

ETA: also third night puking in a row. This is going to be GREAT.

  • I’m 6 weeks today. No nausea but gaggy. Boobs hurt. Pee a lot. Also get short of breath easily. Tired. Getting some food adversions. I used to be a bigggg sweets girl. Now I couldn’t care less about them and want salty. Very unlike me. The joys!
  • I'm 6 weeks today as well. I haven't had any nausea and really my only symptom is sore boobs (and maybe pregnancy brain?? - I put "decalf" coffee on the grocery list  :D )  And obv. still no period and several positive tests (although I haven't tested in a while)
I'm a bit worried because at 6 wks I'm supposed to be feeling exhausted but I don't. I maybe feel a little tired, but I'm not even sure if I'm just imagining it. I definitely still have the energy to get up and work out. Maybe it will come on gradually? Needing reassurance here because we just told our parents and we are going to start telling our siblings soon! I know every pregnancy is different, and I am sure I'm fine, but I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this??
  • @eliseirene31613 - I wasn’t super tired my first pregnancy (other than I was probably asleep by 9-10 every night). Even that didn’t kick in until 8 weeks or so.

  • Thanks @kayjay44. I took another test and got a very strong positive and I prayed and cried in the shower, so I'm feeling a little better now. Maybe pregnancy-doubt is a symptom!? lol
Now I'm feeling emotional and embarrassed for getting so emotional when I was talking to my husband about it. Poor guy! Now I know I'm pregnant because I'm acting all crazy! And maybe I am feeling a little tired or maybe it's just fatigue from my work out? It's hard to tell. I'll know for sure when I start needing a nap or going to bed before 9:30, but until then I'll just try to keep calm and trust the Lord. (and try to quit acting cray :D)
  • @eliseirene31613 - he better get used to the crazy. He’s got about a year of it ahead of them.

If youre an anxious person, early pregnancy blows.

Im going back to sleep. The exhaustion for me this time is unreal.

  • @eliseirene31613 like @kayjay44 with DD I didn’t have extreme fatigue until about 7-8 weeks and it was just going to bed early and being a deeper sleeper (normally I’m a pretty light sleeper). This pregnancy I’m pretty tired all the time but that could be due to my very active toddler.
  • @allthingsgo- I swear it gets worse with every kid, too. You definitely have less and less time to rest with each kid while pregnant - whether you SAH or work.

  • @grebretso thanks for the encouragement! I'm already a pretty emotional person, so I'm sure my husband is pretty used to it by now, I just hope for his sake that it doesn't get too much worse! It's funny because even in the moment I know I'm acting silly, but I still feel the need to let it out!

@Evergreenmist Isn’t it terrible? I have this lovely backless dress I’ve been looking forward to wear this summer, guess it’ll have to wait!

BTW I saw your post in the US thread! I’m so happy you heard the heartbeat after what you went through, that’s so amazing!!

  • Yes @Evergreenmist I was so happy to see your post in the ultrasound thread! I’m happy to hear your good news and I’m glad you’re still with us
  • @Evergreenmist so so happy to see you back here!
  • Lighting nipple has started on the right. Also think that boob is already getting bigger. Pretty sure the lopsided nature of my tatas is going to get worse with this pregnancy/nursing time.
  • Holy nausea! Kicked in yesterday and is going strong all through today.
  • I wish there was a word to describe how tired I am but exhaustion doesn't even seem to come close. I agree, baby #4 and this is the worst it's been. Also dizziness today. Nausea getting more frequent. I'm starting to get aversions too. The typical for me water aversion is starting which doesn't help the dizziness. Also zero interest in my morning coffee, which makes me kind of sad because I loved it.

  • Anyone’s nausea coming and going? I had been really nauseas all week and today I feel pretty good. Of course now I’m worried!

@squishy0511 I felt queasy all weekend, and then nothing for a couple days. Today I’m defibitely nauseous again, and it’s worse than before. Still no puking though! I think it’s normal for symptoms to come and go.

  • @squishy0511, with my DD I only puked on Fridays. Pregnancy is odd.

I had diarrhea on Mondays (and only Mondays) to the point it became a running joke between DH and I with #2. Pregnancy is very weird.

  • This is my first pregnancy,  I'm 7 weeks 3 days nausea has been bad but knock on wood better last few days with more frequent meals. The fatigue is hard though and dealing with more anxiety. I already deal with anxiety and it feels more intense.  Staying the course with my doctor approved medication though.  Just hanging in there,  feeling a bit isolated socially since we haven't told many people yet.  Hope everyone else is doing well.
  • I’m struggling with heart burn ALREADY not even five weeks yet and I’ve had terrible reflux and heart burn for a whole week.

@squishy0511 I’ve been having nausea that comes and goes also.  It’s normal this early
  • @lifeofboggs - I just had an upper endoscopy last month and was hoping to get my hiatal hernia, Barrett’s esophagus and GERD under control before we tried for #3. So I already have heartburn too. Really looking forward to puking on the reg until I deliver while peeing myself because I have no bladder control for the third time...

I’ll be right there with ya at this rate!
  • @kayjay44 Not while I’m eating, mom.
  • @LuLiLaEv There’s a special spot in hell for the people who heat up fish at work.
I’ve never understood heating up fish at work. We eat a lot of seafood - it can be eaten cold and tastes better than reheated in a microwave IMO.

@LuLiLaEv Nooo that smell lingers FOREVER! Those monsters.
  • So I thought I had zero patience before. Apparently it goes into the negatives? Don't poke the pregnant bear, family members. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
