High Risk Preterm Labor

I’m 26 weeks and went into preterm labor. Anyone else going through the same thing? I’m already high risk due to delivering our now 1-year-old at 34 weeks.

Re: High Risk Preterm Labor

  • My love it is for support. No experience but sending thoughts and prayers that they can stall it and get steroids on board. What treatments are you doing?

One of of my closest friends went on progesterone suppositories for contractions at week 26. She delivered during week 38 after stopping. It’s not always the case but I hope it will be for you!

  • Fx they can stop labor and you and baby are ok!
  • I went in to labor at 35 weeks with my last baby and they took her via csection because I had a previa and they couldn't stop the labor. My MFM does not expect me to make it much longer without preterm labor, but again they will probably not stop it because I have isoimmunization and will deliver around 35 weeks anyway... I hope they can stop labor for you though. 26 weeks is a bit early.
  • So scary! Fingers crossed your doctor's can stop it. I have no experience but I'm hoping things go alright

Sorry you’re having to deal with this. Fingers crossed the Drs can stop it and help you get a little further along so that sweet baby can get a little more growing in.
