Hi everyone, I am 6 weeks with my 1st pregnancy and have a million and one questions. I am soo happy and I oddly like my symptoms (sore boobs, smells that make my stomach turn ect) b/c they're a reminder that I'm growing a baby. However, at times I find myself worried.
I am a strong believer that positive thoughts bring about positive things, so I googled "pregnancy affirmations/ meditation".
I thought I would share a video I found. It's a 9 min long and it's perfect for when you feel like you need to calm your nerves. I am at work and listened to it in my cubical and feel today re-charged. I image I'll go back to it a few times. Maybe before bed or 1st thing in the AM.
I hope you like it

What sorts of things do you do to stay calm, present and confident during these initial weeks (which are mostly lived in secret - which is another stressor in my experience).

Please label posts like this with a trigger warning (TW) in the title. Some ladies here have gone through losses and it’s a kind gesture to show respect to their experience, and to let them make a choice whether or not to read a post regarding miscarriage. I know you meant well, truly. And so do I ❤️
