Meal Planning 6/11

Monday - Beef enchiladas with chips and salsa
Tuesday - Grilled chicken salads
Wednesday - Chicken nuggets and fries (I have a busy day and am not at all interested in fancy or healthy) 
Thursday - Ham, Scalloped potatoes, corn 
Friday - Pork chops, perogies, Zucchini

    This weeks menu 

    beer can chicken with corn on the cob and pasta salad 

    sloppy joes and lettuce salad 

    chipotle honey chicken kabobs with bell peppers, zucchini and squash on grilled pita bread with homemade tatziki sauce 

    breakfast for dinner at local diner bc I don’t feel like doing all those dishes lol.

    Monday: pork chops, veggies 

    tuesday: chicken tacos 

    Wednesday: spaghetti and meatballs (my 8 year old’s pick)

    Thursday: roast (my 4 year old’s pick. It’s one of the few foods she will actually eat.)

    Friday: leftovers

    saturday: my husband’s birthday so it’s his pick. Probably hibachi?
