Monday - Beef enchiladas with chips and salsa Tuesday - Grilled chicken salads Wednesday - Chicken nuggets and fries (I have a busy day and am not at all interested in fancy or healthy) Thursday - Ham, Scalloped potatoes, corn Friday - Pork chops, perogies, Zucchini

chipotle honey chicken kabobs with bell peppers, zucchini and squash on grilled pita bread with homemade tatziki sauce
breakfast for dinner at local diner bc I don’t feel like doing all those dishes lol.
tuesday: chicken tacos
Wednesday: spaghetti and meatballs (my 8 year old’s pick)
Thursday: roast (my 4 year old’s pick. It’s one of the few foods she will actually eat.)
Friday: leftovers
saturday: my husband’s birthday so it’s his pick. Probably hibachi?
