@bamadxoa I'm totally with you. The thought of any kind of meat makes me nauseous. All I want is carbs, carbs and more carbs. I feel so guilty but I just can't stomach anything else.
@sparkymcgeee I've been to Noodles & Co. for a Mac n cheese lunch twice already this week. Both days I had packed a lunch, but it sounded gross by lunch time.
Im glad Im not the only one ! It’s the only thing that makes my stomach feel okay. But Im preparing myself to look like the michillian man (spell check on that lmao)
My DH makes homemade bacon and gets me to help him slice it after he has cured and smoked it. We were just doing this about ten minutes ago, and it was fine for the first few minutes... But then no. Just no. I left three times to avoid barfing all over his hard work, and I finally told him that was it. No more. But the house smells like this smoked bacon and omg I wish someone would knock me out to put me out of my misery.
The only way I’ve found I can eat meat is if it’s hiding in a big pile of carbs and starch, or it’s breaded and fried! Even then it’s an iffy proposition. But sometimes, I can handle a few bites.
I'm on the carb/starch train. I ate chicken last night for thr first time in weeks. My DH baked it in the oven and overcooked it. I actually ate it and enjoyed it being dry. Today we had burgers with roasted potatoes and veggies on the side. I barely choked down the burger. I couldn't even put the potatoes and veggies on my plate. Yuck.
Anyone getting aversions after they've already eaten something? I had a burger for dinner. It was delicious at the time, but now just the memory of having eaten it is making me nauseous.
Me too with the carbs. I had gained some weight before I got pregnant and now I have sausage hands and I’m trying to get a job and I look terrible and I can’t like, explain to people that I’m pregnant and that’s mostly why this is happening. And yeah meat is so gross.
Meat and seafood is the only thing I want (except for chicken...barf)! I have no desire for any kind of carb. Carbs and sweet things make the sour taste in my mouth worse so right now my body has a total aversion to them.

I can't think of anything to eat, especially cook. The thought of cooking anything turns my stomach. I haven't eaten .Out this much in so long. And all nasty junk. But sometimes it takes all day to finish one meal. My poor family.
Ugh everything sounds super gross to me right now. Except cap'n crunch cereal and dries strawberries.
I ate a cheese block earlier and almost died. It just had the weirdest taste and texture and I made dh eat one only for him to tell me I'm crazy and the cheese was fine.

My string cheese this morning just tasted like salt. I could barely eat it. But I needed something in my stomach to try and ward off the nausea. It didn't work. Today has been the worst day so far.
Just here expressing solidarity. Some days are worse than others. Most of the time anything I can smell makes me want to vomit. Been temporarily staying with my MIL and she's a great cook but I can't even walk into the kitchen when she does and feel pretty bad about it (she loves to feed). All I can have without some sort of reaction is sparkling lemon mineral water and toast. Also, sugary stuff but trying to limit it. Sometimes I have one-off days where I can and will eat everything. Yesterday was one of them.
I'm working from home so I told my husband I'd throw some chicken in the crockpot for dinner but I just can't stomach the idea of touching raw chicken right now soooooo takeout it is
AshVA after seeing that GIF yesterday I was like "hmm mac and cheese actually sounds good right now" ate it for dinner and proceeded to have it alllll come right back up... my staples of pasta and bread has now been reduced to just bread
Ginger tea and Salt & vinegar chips are my lunch today. So far it's delicious and is helping that nauseous/overly full feeling go away. FX it stays away!

@AshVA that is me with every meal, I swear. Most of the time nothing sounds good. Every so often I come up with something I could stomach. Then afterwards the thought of it makes me feel horrendous. I have leftovers in my fridge from meals earlier this week and they...will not be getting eaten.
On the flip side, muffins consistently taste good. I am so not a muffin eater. But I ate muffins the past two mornings. So much for my goal of not gaining 40 lbs this pregnancy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I just ordered macaroni and cheese for lunch. Today I went with a Door Dash delivery from a local chain, rather than a trip to Noodles. This will be my third mac and cheese lunch of the week. #noregrets
Lays potato chips seem to be the only thing that helps settle my stomach. I've been super low carb for almost 2 years now.... and I'm stuffing chips like no tomorrow. No self control and I'm ok with that!
I ordered Thai mango chicken for lunch today. I thought really carefully about the order. When I got back to my office with it I couldn’t eat a bite. It was so revolting to me. Hopefully DH likes mango chicken because it’s going to be his dinner tonight
After I eat a food ONE TIME (especially one that has a strong flavor or smell), even thinking of that food makes me nauseas. By the end of first tri with DD basically all I ate were refried bean burritos (not sure why that made the cut).

Omfg my H is "washing" the Hawaiian mac off in a strainer because he hates mayo and it's making me gag. While making fun of me... saying that I'm the weird one
@BitterBetty12 omg that burrito sounds so good right now.
I ordered an omelette with lotsss of veggies for breakfast, and added cheddar cheese. By the time it came, I was anti-cheddar cheese. The sight of it made me want to vom!

I started making tacos for dinner last night and I had to stop. The smell of the raw meat was just too much. DH finished cooking the meat and then I seasoned it and the tacos themselves were fine. But cooking that beef was bad. I'm getting nauseous just thinking about it. Ugh.
The most pregnant thing I’ve probably done so far: 1) Walked into work cafeteria and right back out after smelling smells, 2) left work campus and walked up and down hills for 20 minutes in search of a restaurant with sandwiches/burgers, 3) found a restaurant, proceeded to nearly scare the waiter because of how hungry I was and how quickly I scarfed down the chicken paninis (I thanked and tipped him extra to account for any mild moments of hangriness), 4) cried afterward because I realized I actually wanted a burger instead but I had already finished and was too full at that point.

Hahaha ! For whatever reason , today i wanted a chicken sandwich. I just ate it. Now to see how it settles. Yesterday i ate taco dip. 8 hours later , was not good
