@WorkinWeezel I hear you on the weird jealousy. My babies were both 8lb 2oz and while that is only on the higher end or normal, I think it’d be cool to have a little bit smaller baby (not so small that they’re sickly or anything). Both of my bffs just had babies and they both had them early too and both of my kids were late. I feel like I’m going to get to the point with this baby where I desperately want him to be born before his due date.
@zande2016 I let my dachshund lick my feet/ankles too. A lot of the times I let him to it because it gives him something to do that’s not barking or laying on my neck, but it’s prettt relaxing for me too. Dh HATES it though lol.
@WorkinWeezel You are sooo not alone. DS was born at the beginning of a huge wave of babies, all averaging in the 6-7.5 lb range... he was a 9 pounder, lol. Here's to hoping we both get dainty "actually looks like a newborn" munchkins this time.
@workinWeezel Add me to the big baby team. DS was 8 lbs and 14 oz I believe. At my last ultrasound I was mentioning that I wanted a smaller baby in hopes of an easier delivery. She said, “oh no, you don’t want those small ones. They are scrawny and have no meat on them. It is not nearly as fun to snuggle a skeleton!” Made me feel better about my big one.
