I typically wake up at 5:30 for work, but I havent been able to peel myself out of bed before 6:10am for weeeeeks.  No way I'd get up and work out.  Right after work is the ONLY way it's happening.

  • I walked to McDonalds today. I think I got 1,500 steps. It’s not equal to what I ate, but whatever. I think I’m going to have to spend my exercise time this week cleaning house. I have 6 guests coming from out of town Saturday for my ds2’s birthday party. After dealing with the ugh of first tri - my house has been neglected.
  • Just popping onto this board now as I was a nauseated couch potato the last few weeks. Definitely did not qualify as a "fit mom". But lately my nausea is waning (so anxiety-inducing: why is my nausea going away at only 8 weeks?!?! ) so I'm trying to get back into my normal running routine.
I managed a little less than a 5K today, but afterwards noticed cramping in my lower abdomen that lasted for approx. 15 minutes. Is anyone else experiencing cramping after a run/workout?
  • @Activebaby, I love that idea- if I want my McDos I need to work for it!!
