@maureenmce I’m so sorry this job has been so stressful. Do you still have a long time to go? I can’t believe how long the craziness has been going on! It seems like it’s been weeks. Do you think your doc will bring you in to make sure everything is ok? I’m sure it is, but the peace of mind would be good for you.
Thanks SO much for the support you guys, I'm trying to calm down. The cramping just stopped, so I'm hoping it's over now? @Lexidawg it hasn't been sharp like take my breath away, just persistent and feeling like period cramps. If they start up again this afternoon I will call my OB for sure. I see her again on the 22nd, and I *just* saw her Tuesday and had a good ultrasound, so I feel like I'm being crazy, but last time I miscarried I worry it was related to work stress and long hours, so I'm just really nervous.
@rosebud332 It does feel like this work nightmare has been going on forever! Just yesterday I thought it had improved, but then we had another horrible meeting where everyone got screamed at and then I was at work until after 9pm, so...it's not better. I have 6 weeks left, but I started job hunting today and talked to my executive producer this morning about my pregnancy, the fact that it's high risk and I'm worried about the cramping, etc., and she said I could leave whenever I line up another job without burning any freelance bridges, so fingers crossed. I have a phone interview today for a job that would start in 2 weeks and I'd be working with a dear friend who knows about my pregnancy and history of loss, so it would be ideal. Really hoping that works out. This stress has been awful to deal with in addition to morning sickness and PGAL brain.
Thanks again for the support everyone, you guys are the best. I'll keep you posted if it comes back and I have to call my OB.
@maureenmce yikes, sounds like you've had a rough day so far. Cramping is scary no matter what. Even when i tell myself it's normal and there's nothing to worry about, it's still worrying. Especially when you have so much other negativity at work. I'm glad you're feeling better now and I hope your interview tomorrow is great!

1. How far along are you? Any milestones? 10 + 3 today. My loss was at 6 weeks so well past that now.
2. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms)? So. Sick. I keep telling myself that it’s a good thing. I had to go to the ER last Friday for fluids. Been feeling a little better since that. Still having a hard time with what I eat and drink. And I’m So Tired!
3. How are you feeling (anxiety wise)? I feel like I’m starting to relax a little bit. But that scares me, like I’m letting my guard down.
4. Any appointment updates? My next appointment is in a couple weeks, I’m getting nervous for that because I’m scared there will be something wrong.
5. What's been happening in your life this week? Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here): Just busy with everyday life. 6. GTKY: if you had a superpower, what would it be? I agree with invisibility. Some days that would be nice.
@maureenmce Oh I hope that interview goes well! That’s good about them at least being understanding enough that you might have to bow out early because of the circumstances. I’ll be hoping you get that job!
