@rooonilwaazlib mine has subsided for the most part. A few twinges but nothing like the other day.

  • The exhaustion is REAL. Yesterday, as soon as I put DS down for a nap, I couldn't keep my eyes open and it was the middle of the day! I slept for 2 1/2 hours as he napped. And I still got super sleepy last night around 9pm and slept all night. Daily naps will be happening often!

  • @Whitmore1027 - +1 for the daily naps! I've been taking my lunch time and napping. I grab lunch and go back to work, eating lunch at my desk. I figure sleeping is more important. And I laid down at 8 pm last night.

  • This pregnancy seems so different from DD already. I feel like by this point with her I was going to bed at literally 8pm every night! This time I'm still ok. I do hit a mid afternoon slump though.

My nausea is become a bit more prevelent in that it happens more times throughout the day (when I'm hungry, after I eat, when I try to sing in the car) but it is still what I would consider super mild.

    GIVE ME MORE SYMPTOMS!

  • The bloat. The bloat is killing me, and it’s embarrassing. At 4+1 I look like I’m 5 months pregnant by the end of the day, and back to normal by morning. So uncomfortable. I didn’t experience this with DS at all.

  • This fatigue is killer. Sitting here at my desk wondering how I’m going to make it until 5pm!  It’s only 1pm!

  • @Whitmore1027 Yes daily naps. I have been napping with DD. Today was the first day that I wasn't able to nap too and I'm definitely more tired. I would say I'm symptom free(knock wood) except exhaustion. Daily naps have taken that away. I need my sleep!

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this........
I just went to the bathroom and there was some pinkish streaks on my toliet paper. I'm freaking out over here.
  • My earliest symptoms were intense fatigue,  headaches,  peeing early morning or middle of the night. Twice now I have had to get up out of bed and eat at 9/930 pm, not due to nausea but because the hunger was so intense i couldn't sleep!
  • @ers7924 I remember intense hunger being a big thing with DD! I think especially in second tri. Like the feeling of being hungry was super powerful and uncomfortable!

    Hi @Angheat
I had a similar experience a few days ago but it stopped as fast as it started. I've had implantation bleeding with 2 out of 3 pregnancies. If it gets heavier I would call your OB.

A few symptoms I’ve started noticing - peeing all the time, waking up at like 4am and not being able to go back to sleep, and gagging constantly!  I’ve only gotten actually sick a couple times, but the gagging is pretty annoying. I have a feeling this is going to be hard to hide at work!

    Thank you @ers7924!
It was just that one time and nothing since. I'm sure I'm overreaching due to my previous experiences. Thank you for reassuring me!

    I'm so so tired.
4 pm feels like 4 a.m. right now
  • Definitely tired and visiting the bathroom frequently. I am feeling more crampy this time around. Not necessarily painful but more like a tight feeling. Still basking in the glory of no MS yet!
  • I think *maybe* the first tri exhaustion has set in. Two nights ago I went to bed at 9 (which used to be my norm back in the day but lately it’s been 10-11). Last night I went into bed at 8:30, and while I know I was up and about at some point (and maybe even asleep on the couch while H played games at one point?) it was all in a sleep haze! Boobs still don’t hurt BUT I do have mild nipple pain especially overnight.

Nausea and gagging is still a random thing throughout the day but it isn’t bad. I think week 5-6 is when it picked up with DD so we’ll see!

  • Things that make me gag:
    Wet dog
Brushing my teeth (this was a big problem my first pregnancy too, DH even said he remembered that)
Wet cat food (I work PT at PetSmart and the whole cat can isle smells horrid. I've never noticed the smell before)

And I am so glad I am so thirsty, because it's really helping me drink more water. I am not a fan of water, so the thirst helps so much. I am actually enjoying water now!

Another deal regarding my nose, is I can seriously smell SO well! I smelled a really bad vinegar smell in the kitchen and was worried, and DH is like, it's just the hot sauce I just ate. I was like "Hot sauce smells like vinegar?!" and he said "It's the 2nd ingredient!" I have NEVER noticed that it smelled like vinegar before!

  • Not much so far.  A little tired and the last two days I have been crampy.  Last pregnancy, my symptoms kicked in week 6, so we shall see.
  • @Whitmore1027 omg brushing your teeth is the WORST! That weirdly did not go away for me throughout my entire pregnancy with DD even after most of my nausea was long gone!

  • First nausea bout tonight. Spent an hour wondering if it would go any further or if I’d just feel sick. Also had my first aversion: DH made cupcakes the other day (usually :yum:) and they smelled vile. Delicious confetti cupcakes! Totally broken hearted.

  • Symptoms hit hard today but it’s ok. All for a good cause! Bloating, nausea, sore boobs, exhaustion, and a little cramping. Feels exactly like my pregnancy with DS.
