@mich_elle My AF was like 10 days late when I was waiting for IVF!!! UGH the struggle is real! I drank massive amounts of parsley tea (YUCK) with lemon along with a ton of vit c because I read on the internet it helps bring AF on... because if its on the internet its gotta work, right?
Thanks ladies! AF *finally* showed today. I'm so disgusted and disappointed in my body right now. Like, really??? Not only can you not make a f@cking baby, but you can't even menstruate on effing time?!?!? So annoyed. What a tease, I feel sick over it. And the fact that my RE hasn't responded to my vm or email is really pissing me off. Since AF was so goddamn late, am I still starting Saturday??? I haven't paid for my meds that are supposed to be here Thursday, I still need to sign off of some financial paperwork I just got this morning from them and still need to sign consent for the PGS. Everything was on hold until AF showed or not. Well, now what? No sense of urgency, I swear.

kristimh80 - Haha sure go for it, one margarita from all of us then ! Btw I got my AMH test results and its about 0.6, sounds less right?!Should I be worried? Haven't met my doc yet. Prolactin and Thyroid was fine tho.
@peggy_gupta It sounds a little on the low side, but I've seen girls with low amh do well, so try not to stress over the #. I have high amh and I don't think it helped much either for my last IVF cycle. With lower amh, you may end up taking more medication if you go the IVF route. There's a lot of variable besides amh, so wait and see what your doctor thinks When is you next appointment?

That's true other factors count as well. My next appointment is towards end of the month might be scheduled sooner as well, keeping fingers crossed. Any specific questions should I be asking my RE apart from next steps?
@peggy_gupta Did they also check your Vitamin D, Thyriod / TSH levels as well? Just checking, those were part of my initial bloodwork and was low on Vitamin D and needed another Rubella shot. Also, I take it your partner has been tested too for his sperm count, etc? If so, just see what your options are. See if any extra vitamins are needed. I know some RE's are picky and only want you on certain one's depending on your situation. I'm sure on CD3 (or around then) they may want to do a baseline sonogram to check your ovaries, etc. If not...they will when you get started with a cycle

kristimh80 -They did check my TSH and Prolactin and thankfully those two are fine.Vitamin D test was done by my PPC few months back and I was suggested to take Vitamin D regularly since a few months. Didn't get it checked lately.My DH hasn't got his sperm analysis done, that's another story. He isn't denying but taking his time, its tricky with him.We both are taking Prenatals, CoQ10 and Methyl Folate as suggested by RE.
I so much appreciate your insights for guiding me here, BIG thanks

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment? Vitamins/supplements?): just prenatals. This will be month 5 of TTC and I guess only another month or so until we go see a RE.
Rants/Raves: My husband is doing an Ironman in 2 weeks and I cannot wait until it's over. We both have done them, but this training cycle, he's just been injured, tired, and cranky! I'm looking forward to Saturday mornings where he does not leave the house at 7 a.m. for a training ride.
Questions for the group: Nothing yet
GTKY: Where are you from? I live in the Bay Area in California, but grew up in Maine!
@miche_elle Deeps breaths girl!! But I totally get it and I feel your frustration! That was me, then waiting on PGS had me a hot mess on top of it all! Hopefully, you'll hear from someone in the morning...if not I'd try call a nurse first thing.
@kylebh You're like wonder woman doing Ironman's! An old client of mine's husband use to do them a lot. I was always amazed at the training and prepwork that was involved.
@peggy_gupta Happy Anniversary!
